JoJo Siwa and Chris Hughes' relationship status confirmed with five words
Danny Beard has spoken out on the growing bond between JoJo Siwa and Chris Hughes in the Celebrity Big Brother house.
Danny Beard has spilled the beans regarding Chris Hughes and JoJo Siwa's burgeoning friendship inside the Celebrity Big Brother house. Their relationship has been thrust into the limelight due to their tight-knit connection on the ITV programme. Danny, who came in second place on the popular reality TV series behind victor Jack P Shepherd, visited Lorraine earlier where the conversation quickly steered towards JoJo and Chris following JoJo's breakup with her partner Kath Ebbs.
While on air, Danny commented: "It's not my place to speak on. As long as they're happy and as long as no one is being hurt, then good for them." He added: "I think it's purely platonic," before continuing: "They've grown a beautiful relationship ... Let them have a bit of fun." The bombshell dropped over the weekend when Kath shared that JoJo had ended their relationship during the Celebrity Big Brother after party.
In a TikTok video, Kath disclosed: "Before I could even get back to the hotel I went to the afterparty with, I guess my now ex, crazy thing to say, and was dumped in the party... I flew across the world to support and be there and hold that person in whatever they would be experiencing, leaving such a wild experience, and instead, I was dumped at the afterparty, with Chris in the next room.
"I was told that there are confused feelings there ... and that she had realised in the house that I wasn't the person that [she] wanted to spend the foreseeable future with. Which has honestly been ... so shocking, that I feel kind of subhuman right now. I feel incredibly humiliated and I feel a bit embarrassed. I was told that I'm the love of someone's life and being asked to marry them.", reports the Mirror.
They continued: "[JoJo] told me a lot of big things and reassured me 'til the cows come home, [but] has decided that they don't want to be with me and they wanna explore independence and explore certain feelings."
Despite their close relationship in the house, where JoJo and Chris were often seen cuddling, JoJo expressed her feelings for the Love Island star after leaving the house: "We absolutely love and adore him, he is in my life for forever now. He is more than a friend, he is just such a special guy, I'm so lucky."
