JoJo Siwa recalls receiving a bomb in the post as a child amid stalker hell

JoJo Siwa left Celebrity Big Brother viewers gobsmacked during Thursday's instalment on the ITV show when she revealed her stalker hell. While speaking to Big Brother in the Diary Room, Dance Moms star JoJo, 21, recalled the worst thing that has ever been sent to her in the mail following the latest challenge in the iconic house.
Comedian Donna Preston was given the task of delivering special packages and letters to her fellow housemates and during the challenge, Big Brother called JoJo to the Diary Room to ask her about her wildest experience with post from fans. However, the conversation took a dark turn when JoJo confessed that she once received a bomb from her stalker.
The pop star shared that when she was just 12-years-old, she faced terror when a Dance Moms fanatic began to stalk her every move. The child star was taunted by the stalker - who has now been sent to prison according to JoJo. Speaking to Big Brother, she said that she's still dealing with the lasting impact of the terrifying ordeal.
Article continues belowJojo opened up: "I had a crazy, crazy, crazy stalker and he sent me loads of things." Taking a brief pause, Jojo listed: "sex toys, knives. But he sent me a bomb. A man made bomb. And that got him put in prison for five whole years." Jojo laughed awkwardly before admitting: "I was little."
"He got out when I was 17 so I would've been around 12. At the time it was very, very scary. Obviously now still, it's very scary. But I have an incredible team around me who protect and handle things like that the way that they need to."
It comes after JoJo got a message from home during tonight's offering of Celebrity Big Brother. The star, whose friendship with Love Island star Chris Hughes has raised a few eyebrows, became emotional after receiving letter from her mum and partner Kath Ebbs.
The note, delivered by her pal Chris Hughes in the house, read: "The most important thing to tell you is a message from Kath because I know you really miss them the most. Kath's keen to see you when you get out.'".
The emotional segment featured housemates receiving personal messages from their families. Reflecting on the letter, JoJo confided in Jack P Shepherd that she's been obsessing over the contents and isn't happy about it.
She admitted: "I honestly like, I'm finding myself really analysing that note and I don't like it." Jack probed whether she was looking for a "hidden message" in the words.
Talking about reading JoJo’s letter, in the diary room, Chris says, “...I nearly started crying before I said anything, just where it said, ‘Dear JoJo’. And it was nice, her partner’s in there, her mum’s in there. Two very important people. It was an honour; it was an honour to read out her letter…”
Later in the diary room, JoJo said: "I think I’ve tried to keep myself distracted from missing sweet Kath. I said goodbye to them at the airport and it was a really hard goodbye. And then they were the last person I talked to before I gave up my phone for the Big Brother house. God, I love that little sucker. I do."
JoJo continued: "I do have beef to pick with them though, they didn’t even say in the note that they love me. I will not let them live that down. I will say, ‘where was my ‘hi sweetheart’, where was my ‘I love you’ where was my ‘I miss you’?’. Like happy you’re keen to see me when I get out of here, keen to see you as well, but come on baba, give me a little something something."
Kath - who isn't set to attend the live Celebrity Big Brother final on Friday night - and JoJo confirmed their relationship earlier this year. Kath is a 27-year-old Australian actor, presenter and content creator and identifies as non-binary - using she/they pronouns.
