Jules and his co-hosts aim to find the perfect abode for a variety of Brits who are seeking a calmer way of life in the countryside and away from the big city.
Escape to the Country has been filmed all over the country, but Jules has now admitted that there is concern that the show could be derailed as a result of the current issues surrounding the new farmers' tax.
Jules spoke to the Mail Online on the red carpet of the TV Choice Awards where he laid bare the situation.
He told the publication: "I think that we're all concerned about everything that could potentially undermine the fabric of rural life.
"You know, I get it. Someone has to make decisions, but we just ask that they are the right ones.
"I can't be too political about it, but needless to say I live and work in a farming community and there is a lot of worried people out there.
"I just hope that someone is listening to be honest with you."
The farming community has been locked in rows with the UK Government over the past few months over the so-called tractor tax and plans to slash their inheritance.

It is a move that could put potential buyers off moving to rural areas or onto or nearby farms - something which Escape to the Country is famous for.
Although Jules shared his concerns for the longevity of the programme, he admitted they had been handed another series which was currently being filmed.

The TV star said: "Well we've got another series in the making which is great.
"The great thing about country life is sense of community.
"You can have it at any scale you like.
'You can be totally involved, less involved, I think it's that sense of space, of living in an environment, which in many cases hasn't changed for 100 of years, chance to live in historical properties, which have their own story to tell."
