Kanye West Appears in LA After 6 Months Abroad -- But Where Is Bianca Censori?

Kanye West and his wife, Bianca Censori, have spent the beginning of 2025 abroad. West has been staying in a hotel in Tokyo for months while Kim Kardashian has stayed behind in Los Angeles with their four kids. In late January 2025, West emerged back in LA for the first time in six months. And Censori didnât appear to be with him. Hereâs what to know.
Kanye West appeared to evade the U.S. for the past several months. Westâs friend, A$AP Nast, 34, posted photos with West on Instagram on Friday, Jan. 31, 2025. West then reposted the photos to his Instagram Stories. The pictures show West and A$AP Nast posing together in front of an American flag, with one photo showing West biting a necklace containing a diamond eagle with the word âdiplomatsâ across it.
âI guess the money should [have] changed him, guess [I] should [have] forgot where I came from,â A$AP Nast captioned the post. The quote is from Westâs song âCanât Tell Me Nothingâ from his album, Graduation.
TMZ also reported that West crashed at A$AP Rockyâs place while in LA. A$AP Rocky is currently involved in a high-profile assault trial.
Censori didnât look to be with West while he visited his friends. Earlier in the week, both Censori and West were spotted at the Tokyo airport, prompting speculation that they both were headed out of Japan.
So, if Censori isnât with West, where is she? Censori made trips by herself to LA in the past. In November 2024, photos showed her on a solo outing to Disneyland in one of her signature risquĂ© outfits. That same month, it was reported that the couple purchased a $35 million mansion in Beverly Hills in an attempt to save their marriage. Censori likely traveled back to the US with West and stayed at their mansion while he spent time with A$AP Nast.

His ex-assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, is pursuing a case against him for sexual harassment. And Yeâs former Director of Intelligence also sued the rapper for unpaid wages. A source told DailyMail.com that West wouldâve loved to see his children, but his legal battles kept him out of the country for months.
âKanyeâs reasoning for not being [in America] has nothing to do with his children and has everything to do with the multiple lawsuits that he is facing in the States,â the sources told the publication. â⊠[West] maintains his innocence, but this is what heâs keeping out of the country for.â
In mid-January 2025, Westâs kids were spotted with him in Tokyo. It was reported that they spent time abroad while Kim Kardashian dealt with the wildfire evacuation in LA.
Bianca Censori seems to love to spend time in Tokyo with Kanye West. However, some sources claim she wants to call LA her full-time home. In December 2024, a source told In Touch Weekly that Censori was âpushing for a more stable and settled life. The moving around and the constant changing of plans is driving her up the wall, and she finally put her foot down and demanded they get a home base.â
The source explained how Censori hopes to stay in LA with West moving forward. âShe loves it there and has a huge network of friends there; being halfway around the world was very lonely for her,â they continued.
However, another source told In Touch Weekly that West hopes to move to Japan full-time. âHeâs still able to see his kids, and he loves being able to expose them to a different way of life outside their bubble of LA, so he sees nothing wrong with making his permanent home so far away,â the second insider alleged.
