Katy Perry debuted a striking set of bangs when she hit the red carpet at the star-studded Vanity Fair Oscar Party on Sunday.

Known as a reliable showstopper at the fete, Katy, 40, did not disappoint this year as she gave her new look its first public outing.

She encased her lithe frame in a skintight silver sequined dress that glittered under the lights as she posed at the Wallis Annenberg Center For The Performing Arts.

With a neckline that plunged to serve up a generous helping of cleavage, the dress was perfectly designed to play up Katy's assets to full advantage.

The pair have been dating since 2016 - nearly a decade - and are the proud parents of a four-year-old daughter called Daisy Dove Bloom.

Orlando radiated showbiz magnetism in a classic ensemble, opting for a black tuxedo and a matching bow tie with a white dress shirt.

He treated the photographers to his rakishly charming smile as he took his place beside Katy in front of the Vanity Fair backdrop.
