Urban has logged in a total of 25 No. 1 songs on the Canadian country charts over the years, making him one of the most consistent artists in the genre.
His past performances in town have been highlighted by Urbanâs deft guitar playing and a high-energy party atmosphere. Expect that to be the case with this tour which also features a whoâs who of rising country artists in the warm-up slots.
Who else is on the tour: As if Urban wasnât enough, Chase Matthew, Alana Springsteen and Karley Scott Collins are all on board for the Canadian leg of the tour. Matthew dropped his video for the single Darlinâ 10 months ago which introduced his band featuring a âganjoâ â a guitar/banjo hybrid â and a story about friends with benefits. His style is firmly in the contemporary country-hop style.
