Kelly Brook's London Marathon New Balance trainers are 'like running on clouds'

The London Marathon has wrapped up for another year, and if watching the event has sparked a desire in you to start training for the next one – or even just to take up running – investing in the right pair of shoes is crucial. The most vital piece of gear for any runner is undoubtedly a pair of comfy, supportive trainers, and Kelly Brook nailed this aspect with her choice of footwear for her commendable marathon run.
The model was seen triumphantly crossing the finish line in New Balance's Fresh Foam X 1080 v14 Shoes, which have garnered rave reviews for their comfort and support. Currently retailing at £160, these trainers offer three different width options and ample cushioning to ensure you can tackle all 26 miles in absolute comfort.

The Fresh Foam X trainers are designed with midsole cushioning that aids your feet during each transition from landing to push-off while running, with a rocker design that contributes to smoother movement. Additionally, they feature soft, flexible uppers that provide plenty of support and keep your feet secure, along with a durable rubber outsole that resists wear and forefoot stiffness.

Nonetheless, plenty of others didn't notice any issues, with one stating: "They're great! Super comfortable for long runs! I ran a half marathon with these bad boys and they carried me with no complaints. There's enough cushion that my knees feel supported in every step. I just love them!"
