Loose Women's Coleen Nolan in floods of tears as she's surprised by family

Loose Women: Coleen emotional as she's surprised by her kids
Coleen Nolan was moved to tears just moments into ITV's latest edition of Loose Women as her colleagues orchestrated an emotional surprise ahead of her 60th birthday. The celebrations kicked off early when co-stars Kaye Adams, Jane Moore, and Judi Love secretly brought Coleen's family, including her three children, into the studio.
Overwhelmed by the reunion, Coleen couldn't hold back her emotions, confessing it was 'too emotional'. She also shared that she had been confined to her dressing room all morning, calling it the 'worst day of (her) life'.

Upon entering the studio blindfolded, she was greeted by her sons Jake Roche, Shane Nolan, and daughter Ciara Fensome, marking the first time all her children were together in the studio. With tears streaming down her face, Coleen expressed her shock, asking, "Oh my God! Is this why I've been kept prisoner all day?" She added, "So far, I've had the worst day of my life. They literally locked me in the dressing room. This was a genuine surprise. Gosh it's too emotional."

But there was more in store for Coleen, as she received a heartfelt message from former Strictly Come Dancing contestant Pete Wicks, with whom she formed a close bond during their time on the Real Full Monty.

Coleen was overcome with emotion as her rarely seen brothers Brian and Tommy, along with sister Maureen, surprised her in the Loose Women studio. When asked about her upcoming milestone birthday, Coleen confessed: "I feel great about turning 60. I still feel age is just a number and in my head I am 21/22 and in my body I'm 70 but we will ignore that," reports the Liverpool Echo.
She added: "Honestly mentally I feel great and excited about turning 60. I feel a little bit scared because I guess in life, not just in the industry but in life a woman turning 60 makes you scared to death because all of a sudden invisible."
Article continues belowColeen admitted that she's worried about being overlooked in favour of younger women, but vowed to prove her doubters wrong.
Loose Women airs weekdays from 12.30pm on ITV and ITVX
