Love Island star hits back at Grace Jackson backlash after 'fake' messages
Love Island All Stars finalist Grace Jackson was accused of saying she would do anything to win the show before she entered the villa - but now a former star has reportedly shared 'fake' messages from her.
Mitch Taylor, a former Love Island contestant, has responded to criticism following his post of alleged "fake" messages from All Stars finalist Grace Jackson.
Grace, who was the runner-up on the ITV2 show alongside Luca Bish, faced accusations that she had vowed to do "whatever it takes to win" before entering the South African villa.
The claim, which Grace denied, came to light when Olivia Hawkins revealed it during an episode where several evicted ex-contestants returned to the villa, reports the Mirror.
Olivia claimed: "So I've seen text messages of Grace just saying to someone that she will do whatever it takes to win the show this time."
She added that the messages were "from someone back home".

Grace refuted the allegations, stating: "That is absolutely not true. I do not care about winning the show."
When Olivia insisted she had seen the screenshots, Grace challenged her to produce the supposed "receipts," suggesting: "I would love to see them."
She maintained that the messages must have been "forged".

During the live final, host Maya Jama asked Olivia if she had the 'receipts', to which Olivia replied: "I've seen them. I've said what I said. You know me, I'm very straight talking. I'm just straight to the point. But I honestly wish them the best."
Grace retorted: "I'm very straight talking too and there's absolutely no receipts so can't wait to apparently see them."
In the midst of the drama, Mitch, known for his stint on Love Island in 2023, was questioned on Sunday night, about possessing the 'receipts'.
He responded on Snapchat with: "If someone sends them me I'll happily put them on snap IDGAF."
He later posted what seemed to be a screen recording of a conversation, allegedly involving Grace and another individual. Accompanying the post, he wrote: "Erm guys."
The supposed Instagram messages from Grace included: "Aww thank you babe. I will win this time! I'll do anything to."

When probed further about the authenticity of the situation, he was asked by someone: "Do you think it's real? "
To which he bluntly replied: "Don't care Casey and Gabby won."

Some fans have speculated that Mitch uploaded the video to aid Casey's chances of winning, with one stating: "Mitch went on live to say that this is fake and that he posted it just to help Casey win. Now what? I hope Grace sue them all."
Another voiced: "They're fake he made it up for his mate to win watch his recent."
However, according to Capital, Mitch addressed these accusations on TikTok. The publication noted that he responded to a comment saying: "He admitted he posted fake dms of Grace, this is beyond the show and defamation."
Mitch replied: "No I didn't I said I dunno if they're real or not, stfu x."
