In the wake of Machine Gun Kelly’s breakup with Megan Fox, the singer shared how he’s prioritizing his well-being.

Machine Gun Kelly is looking inward.
The “Bloody Valentine” singer appeared to be doing some self-reflection two months after his breakup with Megan Fox, with whom he’s currently expecting a baby.
In a photo shared to his Instagram Stories Feb. 3, MGK—wearing a pink pullover and blue sweatpants—sat in what appeared to be a hyperbaric oxygen chamber, holding a red notebook, a hand-shaped bookmark and a copy of Paul Coelho’s 1988 novel The Alchemist. Atop the image, the 34-year-old—whose split with Megan was revealed in December, one month after she announced her pregnancy—wrote that he was “journaling” before noting that he was reading the literary classic “for the 4th time.”
The rocker—whose real name is Colson Baker—is seemingly making lots of changes in the wake of his new chapter, both inside and out. In January, his usual clean-shaven face and bleach blonde crew cut were replaced with a shaggy beard and man bun, which he debuted on Instagram.

The shirtless shot, in which MGK stared out a window wearing nothing but baggy camo pants and white underwear, also highlighted the black ink tattoo that now covers most of his upper body. And the striking body art might be part of his overall wellness transformation. After all, when he debuted the tat on social media in February 2024, he captioned the photo, “For spiritual purposes only.”

While the singer appears to be focused on self-care, he’s still facing personal drama. Earlier this month, Megan’s ex-husband Brian Austin Green—with whom she shares kids Noah, 12, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, 8—appeared to call him out for being inauthentic.
“Just be honest for once in your life,” Brian wrote in a since-deleted Instagram Stories post Feb. 2, which included one of MGK’s songs. “Stop caring so much about how you’re perceived that you will try and drag other people.”
It wasn’t the first time the Beverly Hills, 90210 star stuck up for his ex, either. After news of her split from the musician broke, Brian shared a stern message for the expectant father.
“He’s in his 30s, isn’t he?” Brian asked while speaking to TMZ at the time. “In your 30s, f--k. Grow up. Like, she’s pregnant.”
