Marcus Jordan's Cocaine Possession Charge Changed to Ketamine Possession: Reports

Marcus Jordan is no longer being charged with cocaine possession and instead faces a ketamine possession charge following his arrest earlier this month, according to multiple reports.
The 34-year-old Traitors star â who is the son of NBA legend Michael Jordan â was initially charged with cocaine possession, driving under intoxication and resisting arrest after his Orange County, Fla. arrest on Feb. 4.
At the time, per a police report obtained by PEOPLE, authorities discovered a white substance in a small plastic bag in his pocket. It initially tested positive for cocaine. But now, Jordan's cocaine charge has since been altered to reflect a charge of ketamine possession, according to FOX affiliate WOFL, TMZ and CBS affiliate WKMG.
According to WOFL and WKMG, a notice of information from State Attorney Monique Worrell's office reflected the change on Feb. 19.
The new ketamine charge follows further testing from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement that concluded a substance Jordan was found with was actually ketamine â after the initial testing came back with a positive reading for cocaine, according to TMZ, which was the first to report the news.
Ketamine is a Schedule III substance under Florida law, per WKMG, and possession of it can result in lower penalties than possession of cocaine.
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement and Florida Attorney General's office did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for more information on Thursday, Feb. 27. Attorneys for Jordan also did not immediately respond to request for comment.

As initially reported earlier this month, Jordan was booked in Orange County on Feb. 4, according to jail records, and was released shortly after. His bond was set to $4,000.
The Maitland Police Department later released body camera footage, shared by local station WFAA-TV, that shed light on the moments leading up to the reality star's arrest. Jordan was approached by officers as he was seated behind the wheel of a blue sports car that was stuck on the side of a train track, per the footage.

The police report obtained by PEOPLE claimed that, when approached by police, Jordan's eyes were "bloodshot and glassy"Â and that he was "confused where he was located." Police said he did not successfully complete any of the three field sobriety tests at the scene.
An officer also noted in the report that Jordan "would get agitated and irritated quickly" when interacting with police and that officers could smell an "odor of an alcoholic beverage was getting stronger as he spoke."
Two days after the encounter with authorities in Florida, Jordan shared a message with fans on Instagram. "I appreciate everyone reaching out. I'm focusing on @trophyroomstore right now and won't be making any comments on recent media stories and my personal life," he wrote, referring to his Florida-based boutique.
"I sincerely appreciate your concerns & thank you for your kind understanding," he continued at the time.
