BLACKPINKâs RosĂ© continues to make YouTube history with her smash hit âAPT.â!
On December 28 at around 2 a.m. KST, RosĂ© and Bruno Marsâ music video for their collab single âAPT.â surpassed 700 million views on YouTube. The song was originally released on October 18 at 1 p.m. KST, meaning that it took the video approximately 70 days and 13 hours to reach the milestone.
With this achievement, RosĂ© has broken PSYâs record for the fastest K-pop music video ever to hit 700 million views. (The previous record of 118 days, which was set by PSYâs iconic 2012 hit âGangnam Style,â remained unbeaten for over 12 years.)
âAPT.â is also the fourth fastest music video ever to reach the milestone on YouTube, bested only by Adeleâs âHello,â Nicky Jam and J. Balvinâs âX (EQUIS),â and DJ Snakeâs âTaki Takiâ featuring Selena Gomez, Ozuna, and Cardi B.

Oklahomaâs Republican attorney general dismissed a felony assault charge Friday against a police officer who slammed a 71-year-old man to the ground, breaking his neck, during an argument over a traffic ticket. Gentner Drummond announced that he had intervened in the case and dismissed the aggravated assault and battery charge against Oklahoma City Police Sgt. Joseph Gibson, 28. Oklahoma County District Attorney Vicki Behenna charged Gibson this month after body-worn camera video released by police showed Gibson throwing Lich Vu to the ground after Vu touched Gibson during the argument following a non-injury traffic accident Oct. 27.
