Fans of RHOBH know that Umansky and Kyle Richards have separated, though they have yet to file for divorce. Umansky moved out of the home that he and Richards shared in California and has been spending more time in Aspen following the split.
Despite their break-up, Umansky and Richards have remained close and often celebrate events and holidays as a family with their daughters. The 2024 holiday season was no different with Richards and the girls heading to Aspen to be with Umansky.
âA lot of it, like, you wouldnât know anything had changed. The only difference was he went there ahead of time. And that there were, you know, pictures on TMZ,â Richards said on Bravoâs âHot Micâ podcast.
Richards also gave fans an update on how things are going between her and Umansky.
âSometimes it was a little bit like, âoh thereâs so much to talk about but I donât really want to talk about that right now.â And I think he didnât either,â she continued, adding, âSo a lot of times I did feel a little bit like, âOK, thereâs this like, you know, for lack of a better word, elephant in the room that weâre not discussing.'â

Richards may or may not head to Aspen to see Umansky after his skiing accident. She has been in California, supporting one of her best friends, Teddi Mellencamp, who recently underwent surgery.
On February 12, Mellencamp revealed that doctors found tumors in her brain.
âTwo of the tumors will be surgically removed today. The remaining tumors will be dealt via radiation at a later date,â she wrote on Instagram.
Richards commented on the post.
âStrongest woman I know. You have so much love and support around you. Youâve got this,â she wrote.
Later, on her Instagram Stories, she shared that she was in the hospital alongside Mellencamp.
