The Wanted star Max George, 36, was spotted enjoying time with his girlfriend Maisie Smith, 23, after his recent health scare kept them apart.
Max was rushed to A&E by his mum last month, concerned that something was wrong with his heart. The musician was ultimately right, and after weeks in hospital he had a pacemaker fitted in a surgery that took two and a half hours. Thankfully, after the successful surgery, he was able to return home right before Christmas.
Now, heâs been seen enjoying a winter walk with Maisie and his dog Albert. They were all wrapped up for the chilly weather, and walked closely beside each other with smiles on their faces in photos obtained by The Sun.

At the time of Maxâs hospitalisation Maisie was working in a panto in Canterbury, meaning she couldnât spend as much time with Max as sheâd like. An insider said at the time: "Max is on her mind 24/7 and she wants more than anything for him to be better as soon as possible.â
Max and Maisie met on Strictly Come Dancing in 2020, and while Maisie initially said they were only friends, a romance blossomed. In 2022 they made their relationship official by attending an awards ceremony together. The couple have faced questions over their 13-year age gap, and spoke about the topics with Lorraine host Ranvir Singh in August.
Both agreed it wasn't an issue, with Maisie saying: "I've always said from the start my family and your family - we're so close. Max has been there for me and my family while we've been going through some stuff." Max added: "We're not bothered about stuff like that."
In a recent interview, Max revealed his concerns that heâd never get to properly reunite with Maisie again, being so scared for his health that he wrote a will on his iPhone while at the hospital. He explained: "That first night I wrote a will, I thought I was going to die."
Speaking to The Sun, he added: "If I could go from being absolutely on top of the world to being told âthe bottom part of your heart isnât working,â I kept thinking in my head, âWell, what if the top half stops working overnight?â" He went on to explain how the gravity of the situation made him realise "what his responsibilities are." Thinking of his partner, his family and his âtwo little nephews,â he wrote out a will.
Unfortunately, Max's health battle is not yet over. Last week, the singer revealed that he needed further tests to investigate enlarged lymph nodes in his lungs. Max explained heâd have a biopsy in order to hopefully figure out what caused his life-threatening heart issue.
He shared: "The doctors have discovered enlarged lymph nodes on my lungs. This could be a sign of what caused my heart problems. Iâve got to have a lung biopsy in a couple of weeks. It sounds pretty gnarly. It might tell us what the cause was."
