Meghan Markle name-dropped her A-list pals while discussing how she was able to get in touch with Billie Eilish to help out with a charitable request.

The Duchess of Sussex, 43, shared a video on Tuesday showing off merch items from the Ocean Eyes singer, 23, that she was able to get for a fan whose home had burned down in the devastating Los Angeles wildfires.

The Suits star and her husband, Prince Harry, 40 — who were recently branded 'disaster tourists' — visited the town of Altadena, which was completely ravaged by the fires in January.

In the video, the Los Angeles native shouted out Adam Levine, 45, and his wife Behati Prinsloo, 36, for helping connect her with Eilish.

'Huge thank you, Billie Eilish, this is going to mean so much to her, and honestly, to Adam Levine and Bahati, you guys helped me get this over the line,' she said.

The couple bought a historic home in the area for $22.7M back in 2021.

Meanwhile Meghan and Harry bought their $14.65 million nine-bedroom home — which is now worth upwards of $29 million — back in 2020.

In the video shared on Tuesday, Markle, who was dressed casually in an sweatshirt embroidered with her two kids' names on it, Lilibet and Archie, began excitedly sharing that something she was expecting in the mail had finally arrived.

She explained that about two or three weeks ago she and Harry visited Altadena.

The With Love, Meghan star, who appeared to be make-up free, said that the couple were visiting a mom and her 15-year-old daughter whose home burned down in the area, as they joined them to see their home for the first time since the fire.

She was told that the one thing that the young woman had been looking for in her home was a t-shirt she got at the Billie Eilish concert that was left in the washing machine or dryer.

Unfortunately, however, their home was destroyed in the fires and so was the t-shirt.

However, Markle was determined to have the 15-year-old's story reach Eilish, and she was successfully able to score a ton of signed merch for the teen, which she showed in the video.

'I thought of everybody that I knew and I made a voice note, and I was like, "Please can someone get this voice note to Billie Eilish? Here's what I'm asking,"' Markle explained in the clip.

She then excitedly panned the camera to the bounty of stuff, which included a lunchbox, t-shirts and more.

'I don't even know what this stuff means, but it's signed for her!' Markle said excitedly, joking that she felt 'old' for not knowing if the lunchbox was a popular part of her fandom.

'I'm going to go and email her mom now, just wanted to share with you guys,' Markle concluded with a big smile on her face.

In the caption of her video, Markle shared a heartfelt message to her followers.

'Let's keep supporting those affected by the California wildfires,' she wrote.

'Thanks to everyone who made this possible but most importantly, thank you to our first responders who are the community’s real heroes.'

She signed the note with, 'As ever, Meghan.'

Markle's video comes just a few weeks after she and her husband visited victims at a wildfire evacuation center in Los Angeles.

Markle also paid a visit to the Altadena Girls Fire Recovery Fund, a cause that the couple donated to through their Archewell Foundation.

The fund was launched by 14-year-old Avery Colvert to support teenage girls in her community to 'regain their sense of self and confidence' after the fires.

However, despite their efforts, actress Justine Bateman went off on the couple on X, formerly Twitter, bashing them as 'disaster tourists' in January.

Family Ties star Bateman wrote online: 'Meghan Markle and Harry are no better than ambulance chasers.'

In the video, the star, who was dressed casually in an sweatshirt embroidered with her two kids' names on it, Lilibet and Archie, began excitedly sharing that something she was expecting in the mail had finally arrived

Markle's video comes just a few weeks after she and her husband visited victims at a wildfire evacuation center in Los Angeles, after which they were branded 'disaster tourists' by actress Justine Bateman

'What a repulsive "photo op" they achieved. They are "touring the damage"? Are they politicians now? They don't live here; they are tourists. Disaster Tourists.'

However, a source later told Page Six that the couple feels 'offended' by Bateman's comments.

The source told the outlet: 'It's offensive to Meghan and Harry that anybody would think this is merely a photo opportunity.'

'Meghan was born and raised in Los Angeles so this is, and always will be, home to her.'

They added that Markle is 'not just a tourist', and that her 'heart is completely broken for all the lives that have been lost and for those whose homes have been destroyed in these fires.'

Amid the wildfires, Markle's new Netflix show has also been pushed back from its original January 15 premiere date to March 4.

Her latest video comes after Meghan was a surprise guest at Kerry Washington's 48th birthday last week - days after a damning Vanity Fair article about her and Harry was published.

She was captured very briefly in a fun video showing birthday cakes being presented to Washington, who was also joined by a newly single Jessica Alba, 43.

Meghan, dressed in a sleeveless white top, was filmed smiling and clapping as they sang Happy Birthday at the intimate dinner party.

The couple were also recently dealt a challenging blow by a bombshell Vanity Fair article that contained contained a litany of unflattering allegations; the pair seen in 2024

The profile in Vanity Fair stated that the Duchess of Sussex would reportedly be 'warm and effusive' towards employees at the start before turning 'cold and withholding toward the person she perceived to be responsible' when something 'went poorly'

Her appearance came after she and Harry were recently dealt a challenging blow by the bombshell Vanity Fair article.

According to the magazine, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex ran into several snags that saw their lucrative deal with the streaming service, reportedly worth £18million, collapse in just three years.

The couple reportedly failed to yield consistent, successful content for the platform, with one former employee, claiming they were unlike other celebrity podcasters, who will 'turn on the mic and talk'.

Instead, the source said, the couple 'wanted a big theme that would explain the world, but they had no ideas'.

Some of Harry's bizarre concepts ranged from reviewing hot chocolate every week to interviewing the likes of Putin and Donald Trump about being 'sociopaths'.

Meanwhile, Meghan found it hard to commit to ideas before 'backtracking' and 'watering them down', meaning each episode had to be 'completely reimagined late in production', the article states.

Even when Meghan finally premiered her podcast Archetypes - aimed at empowering women by breaking down gender stereotypes - it failed to take off amid rumours that Taylor Swift, Beyoncé and Megan Thee Stallion all declined to appear on it.

The damning profile in the magazine - headlined ‘American Hustle’ - also stated that the Duchess of Sussex could be ‘really, really awful’ when things did not go her way.

Elsewhere, the profile detailed allegations from former employees of Meghan who reportedly felt mistreated during their time working with her.

Her latest video comes after Meghan was a surprise guest at Kerry Washington's 48th birthday last week

The couple later dismissed the allegations as 'distressing', according to claims in The Times.

Launched in August 2022, Meghan's podcast intended to explore the labels and stereotypes that hold women back.

Despite a star-studded guest list that included Serena Williams and Mariah Carey, the podcast's initial buzz dwindled. In June 2023, Spotify and the Sussexes' production company, Archewell Audio, announced they were parting ways.

Reports of behind-the-scenes disagreements surfaced, with some sources alleging that Spotify had higher expectations regarding the amount of content produced.

Then, in February last year, Meghan signed a new podcast deal with Lemonada Media, which appeared to suggest that new episodes were on the cards via Instagram, writing, 'We are SO Back!'

'With new episodes of Fail Better, Boneheads, Pop Culture Debate Club AND MORE coming out this week, which podcast are you excited to listen to this week?'

Nestled in the image of podcasts shared by the media group was Markle's Archetype podcast, perhaps indicating that fans can expect new episodes later this year.

Fans flocked to the post's comment section, expressing their desire for new episodes.

The previous episodes of the podcast, dating from August to November 2022, are available to stream on all platforms.

Meghan's Archetypes podcast about female stereotypes ran for just one series before her lucrative deal with Spotify ended in 2023.

The later deal came a year after the Duchess and her husband Prince Harry ended their $20million deal with Spotify and three years after it was signed.

Amid the wildfires, Markle's new Netflix show, With Love, Meghan, has been pushed back from its original January 15 premiere date to March 4; still from With Love, Meghan

'I'm proud to now be able to share that I am joining the brilliant team at Lemonada to continue my love of podcasting,' Meghan said in a statement in February last year.

Spotify and the Sussexes's audio production company Archewell Audio released a joint statement saying they have 'mutually agreed to part ways and are proud of the series we made together'.

A top Spotify podcast executive had called Prince Harry and Meghan 'f***ing grifters' after they produced only one 13-episode series of a podcast for the company, and then split.

Since officially leaving the Royal Family and moving to California in 2020, the Duke and Duchess have pursued a number of different avenues to bring in revenue.

This includes Prince Harry's bombshell memoir Spare, which he created as part of a $20million deal with Penguin Books.

The couple also teamed up with Netflix to produce the docu-series called Harry And Meghan, with the streaming giant reportedly paying the pair $100million for the six-episode series.
