Meghan pal accidentally leaks new Archie and Lilibet pic as fans say same thing
A friend of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle accidentally shared a photo of the Duke and Duchess and their two children Archie and Lilibet in a now-deleted post
Royal enthusiasts have all echoed the same sentiment after a friend of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle inadvertently posted a picture of Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. Over the Christmas season, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex offered a rare glimpse of five-year-old Prince Archie and three-year-old Princess Lilibet through their official Christmas card.
The card, distributed via the Archewell Foundation, depicted the siblings from behind as they ran towards their loving parents for an embrace. However, sharp-eyed fans noticed another card featuring the family quartet in an interview with Meghan's pal Gloria Steinem.
In an Architectural Digest feature, Gloria welcomed readers into her stunning New York residence. A black and white snapshot of the Sussexes was visible in the background of one photo taken in her office area.
In the heartwarming image, Harry, Meghan, Archie, and Lilibet seemed to be lying on the floor, grinning broadly. Reacting to the photo, fans flocked to Twitter to lavish praise on the family.
One wrote: "Prince Archie and Princess Lili are beyond adorable! Harry and Meghan really did not lie when they said that Archie resembles Meghan a lot (he has her whole face), and that Lili is all Spencer. They are both gorgeous children. I love this beautiful family so much."
"The pic is lovely, the kids are absolutely beautiful, Lili is Harry's twin whilst Archie looks like Harry and Meghan," one fan gushed.
Another chimed in, , as per the Mirror, suggesting that "Archie takes after Meghan/Thomas."
This comes as the Duchess of Sussex recently showcased her maternal pride by donning a jumper embroidered with her children's names.
In a recent Instagram video, the mother-of-two expressed her delight upon receiving a special gift from singer Billie Eilish for a family affected by the LA wildfires. As she addressed her followers, eagle-eyed fans spotted that the former Suits star was wearing a black crewneck jumper adorned with her children's names along the neckline.
One social media user exclaimed: "Meghan's sweater is embroidered with Archie and Lili's names!"
Another added: "Look at Meghan fresh face and gorgeous. It was pointed out that Meghan's sweater is embroidered with Archie and Lilibet names."
While Harry and Meghan have largely kept their children away from the public eye, they have occasionally shared insights into their family life and parenting experiences. Back in August, the couple opened up to CBS News about their parental aspirations, expressing their desire to "protect" their children in an increasingly digital world.
Meghan opened up about the challenges of parenting, stating: "Our kids are young, they are three and five, they're amazing, but all you want to do as parents is protect them."
She highlighted the dangers lurking online, adding: "And so as we can see what's happening in the online space, we know that there's a lot of work to be done there and we're just happy to be a part of change for good."
Meanwhile, Harry expressed his concerns about the hidden perils of technology, noting that in the past, parental supervision was simpler. He said: "And now, they could be in the next door room on a tablet or on a phone, and can be going down these rabbit holes. And before you know it, within 24 hours, they could be taking their life."
