Michael B. Jordan is still one of Jonathan Major's biggest fans.
The Black Panther actor expressed his support for his Creed III costar's new movie ten months after Majors was sentenced to one year of domestic violence counseling in his misdemeanor assault and harassment case.
On Feb. 4, Jordan shared a trailer for Majors' upcoming film Magazine Dreamsâset to release in Marchâto his Instagram Stories, including two applause emojis and three fire emojis, as seen in a screenshot posted by People.
The film, in which the Lovecraft Country alum plays an amateur bodybuilder marks his first major acting project since his 2023 conviction, which had stalled his career and forced him out of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Indeed, the same day Majors was convicted in the domestic violence case involving his ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari, a source confirmed to E! News that Disney-owned Marvel Studios would not move forward with Majors, who starred in two seasons of Loki and Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, in his role of Kang the Conqueror.

As Majorsâwho has maintained his innocence throughout his legal journeyâfaced his legal journey, he had a new love by his side.
The Devotion star began dating Meagan Good in May 2023, two months after his arrest, and she was by his side throughout his trial and sentencing. And in November, they entered a new chapter in their romance.
"We did two proposals," Good told E! News' Francesca Amiker at the EBONY Power 100 Gala in Los Angeles that month about their engagement. "We're going to keep it to ourselves, but it was veryâI was very shocked, and it was wonderful. And I was like, âWait, are you serious?ââ
Majors added, "Don't do anything by half."
Last month, Good reflected on what she has learned from her time with Majors, which she called an "amazing journey."
"This relationship has taught me about unconditional love," the Think Like a Man alum told Ebony in an interview published Jan. 22. "What it means to be loved in the fullness of who you are and to love someone who brings out the best in you."

October 2022: Meagan Good & Jonathan Majors Meet
Three months after Meagan Good and producer DeVon Franklin finalized their divorce, she attended the 2022 EBONY Power 100 gala. It was there that she met her future fiancé Jonathan Majors.
"EBONY Power 100 is the event that we met at in the bathroom," the actress told E! News' Francesca Amiker while attending the fĂȘte two years later, "in the unisex bathroom."
And while Good told People there "was instant chemistry," she admitted she "wasn't really in that mind frame" to start dating again.
"Then we re-met again about four months later," she continued, "and I was like, 'This is gonna happen. This is gonna happen.' And it did."

May 2023: Romance Reports
However, it wouldn't be until May 2023 that reports spread the two were dating.
The relationship news came less than two months after Majors was arrested in New York on charges of harassment and assault for his alleged involvement in a domestic dispute with a woman, who was later identified as his ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari. He denied the allegations, with his attorney telling NBC News in March 2023 Majors "is completely innocent."

August 2023: The Trial
During the trialâwhich was initially scheduled to begin in August 2023 but then got postponed until November of that yearâthe Cousin Skeeter alum continued to be there for the Lovecraft Country actor. Majors pleaded not guilty to his charges.
According to the Associated Press, Jabbari was arrested for alleged assault and criminal mischief in October 2023 after Majors accused her of attacking him, but the charges were dropped the next day. Doug Cohen, press secretary for the Manhattan District Attorneyâs Office, told the outlet the office "officially declined to prosecute the case against Grace Jabbari because it lacks prosecutorial merit."
Jabbari's attorney Ross Kramer told the AP the DA's office "carefully reviewed all the facts of the case and concluded that Ms. Jabbari was the victim, and not the perpetrator," adding that the arrest had been "unfortunate and re-traumatizing."
Meanwhile, Majors' attorney Dustin Pusch told NBC News "it is a serious injustice that the District Attorney continues to move forward with its case against him."

December 2023: Verdict Is In
In December 2023, Majors was found guilty of one count of assault in the third degree and one count of harassment in second degree. He was also found not guilty of another count of assault in the third degree and of a count of aggravated harassment.
"I was absoLutely shocked and afraid," the Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania alum, who was dropped by Marvel after the verdict, said in a January 2024 interview with ABC News. "I'm standing there, and the verdict comes down, I say, 'How is that possible based off the evidence, based off the prosecution's evidence let alone our evidence? How is that possible?'"
Majors also told the outlet he's "never struck a woman, ever."
Jabbari's attorney Brittany Henderson responded to the interview by telling ABC News, in part, "The timing of these new statements demonstrates a clear lack of remorse for the actions for which he was found guilty and should make the sentencing decisions fairly easy for the Court."
As for his relationship with Good, Majors called her an "angel" for her support.
"I'm so blessed to have her," he told the outlet. "The relationship is still fresh, but I think I found her. I hope she'll just stick with me."

March 2024: Red Carpet Official
The pair made their red carpet debut as a couple in March 2024 at the African American Film Critics Association Special Achievement Awards luncheon in Los Angeles.
And while speaking to E! News at the NAACP Awards later that month, Good confirmed Majors is the one and that they're in love.
"She holds me down," Majors added to E! about their support for each other. "I hold her down."
According to NBC News, citing court documents, Jabbari also filed a lawsuit against Majors in March 2024 and accused him of defamation, malicious prosecution, assault and batteryâalleging he abused her at other points in their relationship. His attorney told the outlet he was "preparing counterclaims" against his ex.
But in November 2024, Jabbari dropped the lawsuit, with court documents obtained by NBC News noting "all claims against Defendant in the above-captioned action are hereby dismissed with prejudice."

July 2024: Making Her Own Decisions
And Good has sent the love right back.
"The support that we've been able to give each other, the pouring into each other, the honest conversations, the love, the respect, just the care and the thoughtfulness," she said on a July 2024 episode of Today when asked how they've been able to navigate their relationship, "it's been just really wonderful."
And while she said "every friend advised" her to wait until Majors' court case was over to begin a relationship, the Shazam! actress chose to follow her heart.
âOne thing I know is that I can always look myself in the mirror when I trust my spirit, when I trust God, when I ask God, and when I move to the beat of my own drum, I can always look and say, 'OK, Iâm proud of that,'" she added. âNo matter whatever happens, I have peace in my heart and I have harmony in my heart."
Even though Good said she always considers her loved ones' opinions, "at the end of the day, Iâm the one who has to live my life and I'm the one who has to get to heaven one day, prayerfully, and give God an account of what I did."Â
"I want to be responsible for the choices that I make," she continued. "I also want to live the life that I want to live.âÂ

November 2024: Engaged
Two years after they first crossed paths, Good revealed her engagement to Majors by debuting her ring at the 2024 Ebony Power 100 gala.Â
Â
"Truthfully, we did two proposals," she told E! Newsâ Francesca Amiker at the EBONY Power 100 gala in Los Angeles on Nov. 17. âI was just thinking about the second one. Yeah, weâre gonna keep it to ourselves. I was very shocked, and it was wonderful. I was like, 'Wait, are you serious babe?' And then later on, some months later, was another, and I was like, 'Baby!'"
As Majors put it about the double proposal, "Don't do anything halves."
