No Doubt Reunite and Rock the Classics for L.A. at FireAid Concert
No Doubt played a brief but exhilarating set at the FireAid concert on Thursday, tearing through three classics in less than 15 minutes.
Anyone jonesing for another taste of the No Doubt reunion that electrified the Coachella stage last year got their wish at the FireAid concert on Thursday night, as the band donned the plaid again and tore through three classics from their early catalog: âJust a Girl,â âDonât Speakâ and âSpiderwebs.â
The band wasted no time getting the audience on their feet, with singer Gwen Stefani exhorting her love for L.A. and leading the audience through two singalongs in three songs, throwing in evening-specific references during one like âIâm just a girl⊠in L.A.!â Her voice was in top form and the band was as tight as ever, which makes us wonder why theyâre not rocking arenas and stadiums all over the world â and wish even more that they would.
âItâs all about love tonight and we love you Los Angeles!â Stefani yelled. Their set was over much too soon but in less than 15 minutes theyâd blown the roof off of the Forum and shook loose the cobwebs from some of the earlier performances.

No Doubt is one of more than a dozen artists taking place in FireAid, a pair of benefit concerts held at the Intuit Dome and Kia Forum in Los Angeles. The event, organized just three days after the beginning of the deadly Eaton and Palisades fires, is produced by the Azoff family, in conjunction with Live Nation and AEG Presents.
Performers billed in addition to No Doubt include Lady Gaga, Joni Mitchell, Stevie Nicks, Katy Perry, Sting, Billie  Earth, Wind and Fire, Gracie Abrams, Green Day, Gwen Stefani, Jelly Roll, Lil Baby, P!nk, Rod Stewart, Stephen Stills, Tate McRae and John Mayer and more.
Though the FireAid performance was originally billed as a Gwen Stefani solo concert, it eventually transformed into a No Doubt reunion with bandmates Tony Kanal, Tom Dumont, Adrian Young returning, marking the first time the group has performed together since Coachella 2024. Prior to Coachella, No Doubt hadnât performed together in more than nine years, but their set (featuring special guest Olivia Rodrigo) rekindled hopes the group might reunite in a more permanent capacity.
