The United Nations refugee agency has voiced concern at a rise in deaths of migrants trying to reach Greece by sea in small boats from Turkey, following two fatal shipwrecks this week. The UNHCR said in a statement Friday that 17 people have died in such accidents this month, while the total so far this year is at least 45 deaths. tvNâs upcoming variety show âRented in Finlandâ has released an intriguing new teaser!
âRented in Finlandâ follows the chaotic yet healing journey of four city actorsâLee Je Hoon, Lee Dong Hwi, ASTROâs Cha Eun Woo, and Kwak Dong Yeonâas they immerse themselves in the rural village lifestyle in Finland.
In the newly released video, the four men arrive in Lapland, the northernmost region of Finland. They are seen marveling at the vast nature and breathtaking scenery, saying, âThis is truly beautiful,â and, âIt feels like everything will be purified here.â
However, their excitement quickly fades as the tone of the video shifts, and the actors are introduced to the harsh realities of rural life. A local resident warns them that if they canât catch any fish, theyâll go hungry for dinner. They are also advised to be wary of nearby large bears. To top it off, they are stunned by the sight of an old-fashioned, rustic toilet in the middle of nature that they will have to use.
Despite these poor circumstances, the four actors are shown sharing playful moments together, each showcasing their unique personalities and charms. Viewers are left wondering whether the city boys can adapt to rural life and what kind of challenges they will face in the upcoming show.
