Patrick and Brittany Mahomes' third child was born just days ago, but he's already talking about potentially changing his thoughts and adding a fourth child to the family.

Kansas City Chiefs star quarterback Patrick Mahomes and his wife, Brittany Mahomes, have officially welcomed their third child. The couple announced the arrival of Golden Raye Mahomes on Jan. 13. She was born the day before. While the couple isn’t even a week into parenting three children, Patrick Mahomes is already thinking about the future. The arrival of Golden Mahomes may have changed his thoughts on his plans for his family moving forward.
Patrick Mahomes is so enamored with his new baby that she has him rethinking his entire family plan. The father of three recently revealed that he’s open to adding a fourth child to his family now that Golden Mahomes has made her arrival.

According to Page Six, the father of three also made a pretty bold proclamation. The Kansas City Chiefs star quarterback said he might be open to adding more kids to his family in the future. The statement, made just days after he and Brittany Mahomes announced the birth of Golden Mahomes, might surprise fans who have followed his family’s journey.
While Mahomes now says he’s open to welcoming a fourth child, at some point down the road, he didn’t always feel that way. In fact, he was insisting his family was complete with three kids while Brittany Mahomes was pregnant with their newest addition.

Magazine, Patrick Mahomes insisted that baby number three was his last shortly after he and his wife revealed their third pregnancy. He went on to say that he had hoped to have children young and that the family was complete with their third child.
Patrick Mahomes might be open to having a fourth child at some point down the road, but it would throw off his plan to be a “young dad.” While the Mahomes are both 29 now, they started having children younger than is typical. According to NPR, the average age for first-time fathers is now over 30 years old. The average age for first-time mothers is over 27. So, how young were the Mahomes when they started their family?

The NFL signal caller turned 25 just a few months before his daughter’s arrival. Brittany Mahomes, who was born just weeks before her husband in 1995, was also 25.
The duo announced the arrival of their second child and first son in November 2022. They were both 27 when Bronze Mahomes was born. Now, they’ve welcomed their third child at the age of 29.
