Patrick Mahomes continues to prove why he's one of the classiest quarterbacks in the NFL. After leading the Kansas City Chiefs to their third consecutive Super Bowl appearance with a thrilling 32-29 win over the Buffalo Bills in the AFC Championship game, Mahomes took a moment during his acceptance speech to acknowledge Bills quarterback Josh Allen.
"I have so much respect for Josh, man. He's a true competitor. True warrior. Great football player. They always come down to the wire. Luckily we were on the winning side this time..." Mahomes said.

This humility and acknowledgment of Allen's talent were particularly appreciated by fans, with many noting how rare it is to see such a gracious response after a bitter playoff win.
Despite the Chiefs' victory, Mahomes made it clear that the battle was not easy and that Allen's prowess on the field was something he holds in high regard.
