Patrick Mahomes is already setting his sights on making NFL history. Ahead of the reigning Super Bowl champions' playoff opener, the Kansas City Chiefs' star quarterback updated his Instagram profile photo to showcase his hand adorned with his three Super Bowl rings.
The change in profile photo comes as Mahomes celebrates both personal and professional milestones. Just days earlier, his wife, Brittany, gave birth to their third child, Golden Raye Mahomes.
Now, with his family complete and his sights firmly set on football glory, Mahomes and the Chiefs are preparing to begin their postseason run against the Houston Texans on Saturday, Jan. 18, at Arrowhead Stadium.
Mahomes' journey to football immortality began in February 2020, when he led the Chiefs to a victory over the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl LIV. That win not only ended the Chiefs' 50-year championship drought but also solidified Mahomes' status as one of the NFL's brightest stars.
