Hollyoaks star Paul Danan died at his home from a cocktail of drugs including cocaine and heroin, an inquest opening has heard.
The actor, 46, was discovered unresponsive at the property in Bristol on January 15.
Avon and Somerset Police previously confirmed they were called to the home in the Brislington area at around 5.20pm.
Paul could not be saved and was declared dead at the scene by paramedics.
Officers said at the time they were not treating the reality star's death as suspicious.
Essex-born Danan played the character Sol Patrick in Cheshire-set soap Hollyoaks from 1997 to 2001.
He went on to star in several reality shows, including Celebrity Big Brother and Love Island.
