In a matter of months, the two began dating, got engaged, and splitâand out of it came a Grammy-nominated album and everyone's favorite post-breakup song "Thank U, Next." And now nearly seven years after the relationship ended, it's apparently all love between Davidson and Grande. Â
In a new interview with Page Six published on Friday, Davidson opened up about his past romance with the singer-slash-actress and revealed where the two stand today. âWhen we see each other, which is few and far between, because weâre not in the same circles, itâs all love,â Davidson said of Grande, who is nominated for her first Oscar for her role as Glinda, the Good Witch in Wicked.Â

"Look at Paul Mescal, Timmy [Chalamet], Barry Keough. But because Iâm ugly, they wrote about me. I was harassed for like five years and it made my life a living hell.âÂ
Despite his past, Davidson still has a dream of living out his own happily ever after. Citing his friend and former SNL writer John Mulaneyâwho shares two children with Olivia Munnâas the goal, he added, âI hope that happens for me."
