Pia Whitesell dressed to impress as she partied with a star-studded crowd at the Vanity Fair Oscars party on Sunday night.

The former Home and Away star, 41, put on a leggy display in a $5,295 thigh-high split velvet dress by Tom Ford.

The actress showed off her ample cleavage in the strapless gown that featured a leather strap around the bustline.

Pip completed her look with a pair of black stilettos and a matching coloured clutch.

She posed in the home she shares with her billionaire husband Patrick Whitesell, 60, before the coupled headed to the event.

Pip's long brunette locks cascaded over her shoulders and she let her beauty shine with a bronzed makeup palette.

It comes after Pia and her husband Patrick made headlines last month after the couple celebrated their four-year anniversary on a five-star getaway.

The couple marked the occasion by jetting off to a picturesque location, with Pia documenting the romantic break to Instagram.

In one frame, the brunette beauty is seen casually gazing into the camera in a grey tee and denim cut-offs.

Pia also gave her fans a look at their breathtaking holiday accommodation decked out in celebratory metallic balloons to mark the relationship milestone.

The luxe digs also featured a stunning infinity pool surrounded by lounges and umbrellas, where the genetically blessed couple were fortunate enough to see whales playing in the ocean.

Since moving to the US, Pia and Patrick have set up their forever home in a huge AUD$57million Tuscan-style estate in Holmby Hills, Los Angeles, which Patrick owns.

The property features a resort-style swimming pool, a driveway lined with olive trees, and even its own maids' quarters for staff.

There's also a gourmet kitchen, a library and home theatre, in addition to a smaller guest house on the grounds.

It spans more than 19,000 sq ft, sits on 1.35 acres of land and features a top-of-the-range security system and gated driveway, with privacy guaranteed because it cannot be seen from the street.

Holmby Hills is one of LA's most exclusive neighbourhoods and their home is close to the AUD$220million mansion built for the late TV executive Aaron Spelling and his widow Candy Spelling.

Also nearby is the infamous Playboy Mansion once owned by the late Hugh Hefner.

Pia and Patrick gave their home a makeover before moving in, with extensive renovations taking place while they lived in an oceanfront property in Malibu.

Patrick is the executive chairman of Endeavor talent agency and is widely considered one of the most influential men in movies.

He has an estimated net worth of AUD$630million and boasts a client list including Ben Affleck, Hugh Jackman and Kate Beckinsale.

Goldman Sachs CEO says Trump tariffs are part of a plan to 'level the playing field'

SYDNEY (Reuters) -U.S. President Donald Trump's decision to impose tariffs is part of a plan to "level the playing field" that he views as unfair, but the end result remains uncertain, Goldman Sachs chair and CEO David Solomon told a conference in Australia. "The president firmly believes that there are imbalances with respect to how trade exists, and he has a strong point of view that he wants to level the playing field aggressively," Solomon told the Australian Financial Review Business Summit in Sydney. Asked about a forecast shared at the same conference by investment giant Blackstone chair and CEO Stephen Schwarzman that the U.S. had no chance of experiencing a recession in 2025, Solomon said: "The chance of recession in 2025 is small but it's not zero."
