Princess Beatrice 'devastated' by new Prince Andrew and Jeffrey Epstein emails
Fresh email claims have emerged regarding Prince Andrew's friendship with disgraced Jeffrey Epstein.
Princess Beatrice has reportedly been left "absolutely devastated" following the release of new emails that tie her father, Prince Andrew, to Jeffrey Epstein after 2010, contradicting previous statements from the Duke of York.
The emails, found in the US, reportedly show Prince Andrew and Epstein communicating in 2011, despite the Prince claiming he hadn't been in contact with the convicted sex offender since visiting his home in December 2010.
Epstein was arrested in July 2019 on charges of sex trafficking children and found dead in his cell one month later, reports the Mirror.
These recent communications were unveiled by the Financial Conduct Authority last month, showing Andrew's message to Epstein that allegedly read: "Keep in close touch, and we'll play some more soon! ! ! ! "
Beatrice deals with the distressing revelations shortly after welcoming her second daughter, Athena. An insider told Woman's Day magazine that she and her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi have become incredibly close amid the ordeal, with Edoardo providing support and acting as a protective "buffer zone" during the ongoing scandal.

In a contentious 2019 Newsnight interview, Prince Andrew said he had no further contact with Jeffrey Epstein past their meeting in New York.
He told Emily Maitlis: "By mutual agreement, during that walk in the park, we decided that we would part company, and I left, I think it was the next day. And to this day, I never had any contact with him from that day forward."
Woman's Day reports that Princess Beatrice, 36, is finding comfort in her family duties, caring for Sienna and Athena. The princess announced that her youngest was born on January 22 at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in London.
Sarah Ferguson, Andrew's ex-wife, took to social media to celebrate Athena's birth, writing: "She is already so adored and I'm incredibly blessed to be a granny once again. So proud of Edo, Beatrice and the rest of my little 5-a-side team."
Edoardo himself called the newest addition "tiny and absolutely perfect" and said the family is "completely besotted with her".
