Pro-Palestine activists vandalise Glasgow office of 'Israel-linked' firms
SCOTTISH offices of companies linked with the Israeli military have been vandalised by pro-Palestine activists.
Palestine Action said its members had smashed the windows of Keysight Technologies’ building in Lochside Place, Edinburgh and covered the premises in red paint.
They also painted the slogan “AZ drop Elbit, it’s genocide” and daubed red paint on the walls of Allianz Insurance’s offices in Waterloo Street in the city, the group said.
Palestine Action said that Keysight Technologies provide electronic components to UAV Tactical, a subsidiary of Elbit, Israel’s biggest weapons manufacturer.
Allianz Insurance provides insurance for Elbit, according to the pro-Palestine group.

A Palestine Action spokesperson said: “With Israel having abandoned all pretence to maintain the rules of the agreed ‘ceasefire’, and respect for international law, returning to its relentless bombing of the Palestinian population of Gaza, it is more important than ever to stop the manufacture and supply of the weapons being used to murder Palestinians.
“Britain is complicit in the slaughter, with Keir Starmer’s government, aiding and abetting the Israeli military, and covering for the war criminals in power there, politically.
“So long as Israeli weapons are manufactured in Britain, we will continue to target the companies producing them, and every firm who assists them in doing so.”
Police Scotland have been asked whether the incidents had been reported.
Keysight Technologies and Allianz Insurance were approached for comment.
