Queen Camilla tells King Charles 'stop' over cheeky comment made about actress

Queen Camilla reportedly stormed out of the room at dinner after King Charles continually made a cheeky comment.
Charles, then the Prince of Wales, had met Carli Norris, known for her roles in EastEnders and Doctors on BBC, after watching her performance in The Chiltern Hundreds in the West End. After the show, Charles complimented Carli on her legs, allegedly saying: "You've got very sexy legs."
Carli recalled the incident in a new podcast, saying: "Prince Charles was walking around, introducing himself to everybody and he came up to me and he shook my hand and he went 'You've got very sexy legs'. I went 'oh thank you, your highness'."
However, during a dinner with some of the cast, including lead actor Edward Fox, Camilla reportedly became frustrated and stormed out. Carli, who starred in Hollyoaks until late 2013, explained on the podcast.
She said: "Apparently, Prince Charles was going on and on about my legs so much that eventually Camilla slapped her knife and fork down and said 'oh for goodness sake, Chas, will you stop going on about that gal's legs?!' She left the room and stormed out."
Edward informed Carli about the incident the next day before another performance of The Chiltern Hundreds, where Carli played June Farrell. June's millionaire character included a costume that consisted only of hot pants, reports the Mirror.
Chatting on the podcast Chicken Soap for the Soul, hosted by former Doctors actress Elisabeth Dermot Walsh, Carli revealed she was once invited to Buckingham Palace as one of 100 "national treasures" for the Queen's Jubilee.

"When you think of national treasures, you think of Judi Dench, don't you, and Elton John... I am not a national treasure," Carli mused, explaining that she was chosen by a committee to be part of this exclusive group.
Jokingly, Carli suggested her invite was connected to meeting with Charles back in 2016.
She quipped: "I can only imagine, Elisabeth Dermot Walsh, that Prince Charles has been following my career and he is the one that wanted me sitting near him for his mummy's Jubilee, that's what I can imagine."
Later that year, Charles ascended to the throne after Queen Elizabeth II passed away. Elisabeth, who played Zara Carmichael in Doctors from 2009 until its conclusion last year, humorously suggested Carli might receive a damehood following her West End encounter.
The podcast episode also delved into Carli's stint on EastEnders as Belinda Peacock (the second youngest Slater sister), a role she held in 2016. For this part, the actress earned a nomination for Funniest Female at the Inside Soap Awards.
