However, Baldoniâs legal team has provided evidence, including script pages and rehearsal footage, showing that the lift sequence was planned and rehearsed with a stunt double before it was ultimately cut from the film.

According to Baldoni, Reynolds aggressively confronted him, demanding, âHow dare you f-cking ask about my wifeâs weight? Whatâs wrong with you?â
Baldoni claims he was so shocked by the hostility of the conversation that he felt compelled to repeatedly apologize despite believing his question was reasonable and necessary for the scene.
