However, following the heart-wrenching breakup, Karen appears to have severed ties with Zara by deciding to unfollow her.
In the most recent episode of his Staying Relevant podcast, Sam shared an emotional update with Celebs Go Dating expert Paul C Brunson.
The newly single star confessed: "I'm terrified about where I'm going."
He continued: "The way I see my life is that there's a plane and the pilot's passed out and they're going 'can anybody fly a plane?' and it's like 'no but they're going to put Sam in the cockpit and you're like smashing buttons... I've got to land this thing and you have no idea what you're doing."
Sam confessed that he doesn't seek "people look for validation in others to fill that hole" after his breakup.
The ex-Made In Chelsea celeb then posed a question to Paul: "I think there are so many people in this world that are going through a break-up, that if you can give me some advice, I imagine we could probably help someone out there. I mean they're f****** tough."
He inquired about the initial advice one should heed when they've been dumped and what actions to take.
"Would you go out straight away and try and find someone else, would you sit in it for a bit, do you dwell, what's the stages of it?".
Paul then detailed that most individuals experience numerous phases before rediscovering themselves.

"And they look for the next person instantly because it's like 'I need to find someone else to fill that hole and I need to find that excitement'.
"You know when you get that excited feeling when you are talking to someone new and fresh. I can't do that."
