Former âThe Hillsâ star Spencer Pratt is coming to Mandy Mooreâs defense.
Page Six reported that Pratt took issue with those who have criticized Moore after she requested her Instagram followers to donate to a GoFundMe fundraiser to help her in-laws, Griff and Kit Goldsmith, whose home got destroyed in the Los Angeles fires.
In a January 12 TikTok upload, Pratt said he was friends with Moore in the early 2000s. Pratt shared Moore booked his hotel in New York and possibly his flight when they were close. According to Pratt, whose Los Angeles home was also destroyed due to the fires, Moore has consistently been kind for the past 20 years.
âI will ride for Mandy Moore. If I see one more TikTok about Mandy Moore and GoFundMes, Iâm going to start coming after you guys. You want your worst nightmare, which is me right now, you post about Mandy Moore. I will ride for Mandy Moore,â said Pratt in his video.
Pratt then said, âMandy Moore doesnât do anything wrong.â
âShe is the nicest freaking lady,â said Pratt. âSheâs been nice since 2000 â when did I know Mandy Moore? 2004. Since 2004. If you are nice in 2004, you are still nice in 2025. Like Iâm talking so nice.â
He also warned fans not to âcome for Mandy Mooreâ unless they want him to personally address them.
âA lot of people I follow, you are popping up on my page. I want to block you, and stitch you, and come for you. But maybe delete your content about Mandy Moore because Mandy Moore is a real one,â said Pratt.
Pratt concluded his video by saying he understood why Moore asked her fans to help her in-laws.
âIf sheâs posting GoFundMes, thatâs great. She doesnât have to pay for whoever. Sheâs got her own life,â said Pratt.
