Bank of Dave 2: Dave Fishwick reveals which scenes are fiction
Bank of Dave 2 features a host of recognisable faces, including Happy Valley actor Amit Shah. But what else is there to know about him beyond the Netflix film?
It's been two years since the heartwarming 'true' story of Bank of Dave first graced our screens on Netflix, with The Diplomat star Rory Kinnear taking on the lead role as Dave Fishwick.
The sequel, The Loan Ranger, has now landed on Netflix, with Dave enlisting the help of various individuals in his quest to tackle payday lenders and loan sharks who prey on vulnerable people.
Among these allies is Oliver (portrayed by Amit Shah), a local Citizens Advice counsellor who is more than willing to support Dave's mission, and who finds himself growing closer to American financial journalist Jessica (Chrissy Metz) along the way.
As Netflix subscribers delve deeper into Bank of Dave 2, here's everything you need to know about the man behind Oliver, actor Amit Shah.
Early lifeShah was born in North London in 1981, although his parents hailed from Kenya and his grandparents from Gujarat in India.
His father worked as an accountant while his mother was employed at a health-food shop. Shah hadn't considered acting as a career until he was cast in the lead role in a school play at the age of 16.

BBC)This sparked his passion for performing, leading him to study drama at Staffordshire University before attending the renowned drama school LAMDA in West London.
In 2003, he was granted early graduation by the principal to start rehearsals for Bombay Dreams, a West End musical backed by none other than Lord Andrew Lloyd-Webber.
Happy ValleySince his early days in showbiz, Shah has graced our screens in some of the most popular series out there, including Benidorm, Casualty, Hustle, Black Mirror, Fresh Meat, Silent Witness, His Dark Materials, The Witcher, and Mr Bates Vs The Post Office.
But it's his role as pharmacist Faisal Bhatti in the Sally Wainwright BBC drama Happy Valley that really sticks out.
His character was secretly supplying Joanna Hepworth (Mollie Winnard) with diazepam, and viewers were left gobsmacked when Faisal resorted to murder, bludgeoning her with a rolling pin.
Yet, Shah himself was in the dark about Faisal's fate. On the podcast Obsessed with...Happy Valley, he confessed they shot multiple endings for the finale.
He divulged: "I still don't know how it all ends up for him because we filmed the final scenes in various different ways."
"Sally [Wainwright, creator] was actually directing those. So it's quite open and we did different options, so I'm not entirely sure how he's gonna end up."

GETTY)Love lifeThe Bank of Dave actor is quite private about his off-screen escapades, keeping his personal life firmly under wraps, leaving fans curious about what he does away from the limelight.
It's been revealed that he's in a relationship with Amy Green, a voiceover artist who, as per her Instagram bio, is the "voice of Bixby", Samsung's virtual assistant.
While the duration of their relationship remains private, speculation has arisen that they might be married, as Shah has been spotted wearing a ring on his wedding finger in recent photos.
What's nextHis IMDb profile indicates that Shah will appear as Sanjay in the upcoming six-part series Riot Women, which is currently in post-production.
He'll be sharing the screen with Sue Johnston of The Royle Family fame, who plays Auntie Mary, and other notable actors including Tamsin Greig from Friday Night Dinner, Joanna Scanlan of The Larkins, and Lorraine Ashbourne from Alma's Not Normal.

Will Ban Ji Sook realize Oh Doo Ri is her mother?
Following the sudden passing of her father, Ban Ji Sook (Seo Young Hee) fell into a deep state of sadness and tried to drink alone. When Oh Doo Ri saw this, she sat down with Ji Sook to share a drink. After Ji Sook became drunk, she confided her feelings to Doo Ri, whom Ji Sook mistook to be her mother. Having understood Ji Sook's true feelings, Doo Ri relayed her sincere apology to her daughter. The following day, Ji Sook learned from Choi Min Seok (In Gyo Jin) that she had a conversation with Doo Ri instead of her mother, making viewers curious if Ji Sook will realize that Doo Ri is actually her mother and whether the mother-daughter duo will resolve their misunderstanding.
The whereabouts of the missing Janet
Janet (Kim Hae Sook) began to cross off her bucket list, one by one. However, she was startled by the arrival of the mysterious taxi driver in police attire (Kim Byung Ok), who told her that she had crossed the line. Janet then left a letter to Ji Sook, telling her that she will be traveling, and disappeared. Janet also showed tears after visiting her father's grave, and the taxi driver stated that this will be the last time, raising curiosity about what his words could signify.
Oh Doo Ri's relationship with Park Joon and Daniel Han
Doo Ri, who was upset about Ji Sook, cried in Park Joon's (Yoo Jung Hoo's) arms. However, Daniel's stalker Yoo Ji Ahn (Woo Do Im), who had been watching the two through the CCTV, circulated their photo at UNIS Entertainment. Although Daniel appeared disappointed, he decided to believe Doo Ri's words when she denied having a relationship with Park Joon.
Furthermore, Doo Ri became nervous about Ji Ahn following her, but Daniel added to the tension by revealing that a suspicious vehicle was tailing them. Daniel showcased a resolute attitude, telling Doo Ri that it was finally time to end the situation, raising questions about how Joon will react to Doo Ri's relationship with Daniel and how Daniel will face off against the stalker.
