The Gender of Gisele Bündchen's New Baby Was Finally Revealed
A source revealed to 'People' that Gisele Bündchen welcomed a baby boy. His middle name, "River," has a sweet nod to her other children, Vivian and Benjamin, whom she shares with ex-husband Tom Brady.

Just a day after the news broke that Gisele Bündchen's third child has arrived, an insider has revealed the sex and middle name of her new bundle of joy. Not only is the moniker adorable in and of itself, but it continues a sweet tradition that the supermodel started with her first two kids, whom she shares with ex-husband Tom Brady.
A source told People that Bündchen and Joaquim Valente, her boyfriend and jiu-jitsu instructor, welcomed a baby boy. While his first name is still unknown, the insider added that his middle name is "River."

Super fans will know Bündchen has a trend of giving her kids water-themed middle names. She and Brady have a son named Benjamin Rein, 15, and a daughter named Vivian Lake, 12. Bündchen and the football star exchanged vows in February 2009 and later divorced in October 2022. Brady also shares a 17-year-old son, Jack, with his ex Bridget Moynahan.
This is Bündchen and Valente's first child together. The couple first sparked romance rumors in November 2022 when they were spotted vacationing together in Provincia de Puntarenas, Costa Rica, with her two kids. A source confirmed to People in February 2024 that they were an item and had been officially dating since June 2023.

TMZ was the first to report the new baby's arrival, noting that both Bündchen and the child are healthy. The outlet did not know the baby's sex or name at the time.
Once the news became public, it was all eyes on Brady for a reaction. According to Page Six, he has nothing but love for his ex-wife and wants her to be healthy and happy as she enters motherhood once again. A source close to NFL star the told the outlet that "[he] wishes her nothing but the best." Another insider told the publication that Brady reached out to Bündchen to congratulate her.

Keeping the good vibes going, the former football player also posted an uplifting message to his Instagram story earlier today.
"I really think the secret to being loved is to love and the secret to being interesting is to be interested and the secret to have others find beauty in you is to find beauty in others and the secret to have a friend is being a friend," his post read, along with the caption, "Love this."
The NFL Honors, held before the Super Bowl, has feted fashionable celebrities and football players in suiting up on the red carpet and onstage.
