Fans of The Masked Singer were left puzzled by panelist Mo Gilligan's absence from the semi-final of the ITV show, which saw Bush and Bear leave in a double elimination.
Comedian Mo, who is usually one of the judges of the hit talent show, was replaced by esteemed actor Richard E. Grant for Saturday night's episode. With Mo nowhere to be seen, fans were shocked to have no explanation as to where he was, with host Joel Dommett not mentioning anything.
Taking to Twitter, they asked others where he was. One wrote: "No Mo and no mention why??" Another asked: "Why have they not addressed Mo's absence?" A third mused: "I wonder where Mo gillian is #MaskedSingerUK," while someone else tweeted: "#MaskedSingerUK where's mo tonight?" Another simply added: "Whereâs Mo?!"

But the mystery of Mo's whereabouts is solved, with a scheduling conflict meaning he won't appear next Saturday for the finale either, which will feature Dressed Crab, Pufferfish and Wolf. He was already tied in to a string of US tour dates and tonight, he is in New Orleans for his In The Moment World Tour.
A video on Mo's Instagram confirms his location, after he shared a video from his hotel room in the Louisiana city. With Richard E. Grant stepping for Saturday night, his replacement for the final will be last year's winner Danny Jones. The former McFly member is making a habit of winning reality shows, as he was just recently crowned king of the jungle on I'm A Celebrity.
Saturday night's semi-final saw two more characters unmasked and eliminated before the final next week. Rapper Example and EastEnders star Natalie Cassidy were unveiled as Bear and Bush. Producer Example, whose real name is Elliot Greave, was the celebrity behind the Bear mask, and was voted out after delivering a soulful performance of She by Elvis Costello.
Love Island host Maya Jama rumbled the musician, correctly guessing it was him in disguise. But he managed to fool fellow panellist Jonathan Ross, who guessed it was Louis Theroux, while presenter Davina McCall thought it could be comedian Romesh Ranganathan. Richard E. Grant thought it could be Handmaid's Tale star Joseph Fiennes.
Meanwhile, Cassidy gave a heartfelt rendition of Abba's Thank You For The Music, with the panellists failing to identify her. Grant thought it could be Harry Potter star Miriam Margolyes behind the mask and Jama went down the actress route as well with EastEndersâ Maisie Smith, which Ross agreed to before opting for Coronation Street star Angela Griffin, while McCall went for comic Morgana Robinson.
Last week two contestants were eliminated in a double unmasking ahead of the semi-final, with Kingfisher revealed as Sir Grayson Perry while singer Andrea Corr of The Corrs was unveiled as Snail. Dressed Crab, Pufferfish and Wolf will compete in the grand finale next week.
