The Wheel of Time fans have been left "hooked" as season three of the fantasy epic series debuted on Prime Video. The hit show is set after the events of season two, with Rand (Josha Stradowski) declared the Dragon Reborn.
The threats against the Light are more imminent than ever as the White Tower stands divided. Meanwhile, the Black Ajah run free and old enemies return to the Two Rivers. Elsewhere, the remaining Forsaken are in pursuit of the Dragon.
The first three episodes were released on Prime Video on Thursday (March 13), with fans keen to binge-watch the new episodes as soon as possible. Reviews from fans have been largely positive, with many praising the action scenes and faithful adaptation of the books.
Some fans are calling for a fourth season to be green-lit immediately.

The Wheel of Time will release new episodes of season three weekly on Prime Video every Thursday. The season finale will be released on April 18.
The new eight-part season teases escalating threats against the Light, with the White Tower divided, the Black Ajah on the loose, and old foes resurfacing in the Two Rivers. Meanwhile, the remaining Forsaken are hot on the Dragon's trail.
Lanfear's (Natasha O'Keeffe) relationship with Rand will be pivotal, marking a significant choice between Light and Dark for both characters. The synopsis further reveals: "As the ties to his past begin to unravel, and his corrupted power grows stronger, Rand becomes increasingly unrecognizable to his closest allies, Moiraine and Egwene.
"These powerful women, who started the series as teacher and student, must now work together to prevent the Dragon from turning to the Dark...no matter the cost."

The latest series sees Rosamund Pike return as Moiraine Damodred, alongisde Daniel Henney as al'Lan Mandragoran, Zoë Robins as Nynaeve al'Meara and Madeleine Madden as Egwene al'Vere. Josha Stradowski is back as Rand al'Thor, with Marcus Rutherford as Perrin Aybara and Dónal Finn as Mat Cauthon.
Natasha O'Keeffe retutns as Lanfear with Lindsay Duncan as Anvaere Damodred, Jay Duffy as Dain Bornhald, Ayoola Smart as Aviendha and Laia Costa as Moghedien.
Season three includes new cast members including Isabella Bucceri, Nukâka Coster-Waldau, Salóme Gunnarsdóttir, Björn Landberg, Synnøve Macody Lund, Shohreh Aghdashloo, Olivia Williams, Luke Fetherston, Callum Kerr, and Nuno Lopes.
