Lately, Hollywood’s elite are going beyond makeup and styling - investing in high-end skincare treatments and subtle cosmetic ops to maintain their youthful glow.
Celebrities are mastering the art of keeping us guessing - but to experts the expensive prep is clear to see.
Leading skin and aesthetics expert Nina Prisk says many of the celebrities who appeared on the red carpet last night would have relied on cosmetic tweakments to maintain their stunning appearance.
“The beauty of current treatments is how subtle and undetectable they can be when done with precision, allowing stars to look fresh and youthful without anyone knowing exactly what’s been done," the founder of Update Aesthetics explains.

“This is what makes the difference between enhancing their natural beauty and creating an obvious 'done' look.
“Whether it’s Botox, dermal fillers, skin resurfacing, or laser therapies, these treatments are designed to enhance their natural beauty in a way that remains subtle and undetectable.
“It’s this precision and careful approach to aesthetics that allows these stars to look effortlessly radiant on the red carpet.”
Here, Nina reveals to YASMIN HARISHA what specifically some of the top celebs may have done - and how much it has cost them.

Known for her ageless beauty, Nina believes that Halle, 58, likely uses a combination of Botox for fine lines around the forehead and eyes, along with radiofrequency treatment, which helps with tightening and lifting.
She says: “The key with Halle's aesthetic routine is likely to be treatments which are carefully tailored to enhance her natural contours without making any drastic changes.
“The result is subtle, undetectable freshness that makes her look like she hasn’t aged a day.
“Given her A-list status, maintaining this flawless look could cost around £15,000 to £20,000 annually.”

Ariana’s ‘new refined image’ following the Universal Pictures movie Wicked has been the talk of the town, and Nina believes it doesn't come cheap.
Talking about the 31-year-old, Nina says: “She may opt for Botox, which can range from £100 to £350, to smooth out forehead lines and crow’s feet, but she’s also likely to rely on Ultherapy, a non-invasive procedure that uses ultrasound energy to lift and tighten the skin.
“This treatment contours the face subtly, lifting the skin around the jawline and neck for a more youthful, refreshed appearance.
“Ultherapy is especially undetectable because it tightens without changing the face’s natural structure.
“An eye and brow lift can cost £1,070, whilst a full face lift can cost £4,400, with the neck also costing £1,800. Hands can also be lifted for around the price of £650.”

The actress, 62, who is known for her timeless beauty, is believed to be using a combination of two ‘undetectable’ treatments.
Nina says: “She likely chooses a combination of Botox and PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy.
“The PRP treatment, also known as the ‘vampire facial,’ uses the body's own blood to stimulate collagen production and rejuvenate the skin.
“The subtlety of PRP is that it enhances skin texture and tone, leaving flawless, glowing skin that looks completely natural.
“Additionally, Demi could be using microneedling to target skin texture and tighten her face.”

She shines with a radiant complexion, and is believed to have had some tweakments to hold onto her youthful appearance.
Nina says: “It’s likely Selena, 32, has had Botox for smoothing fine lines and fillers to enhance her cheeks and lips.
“These treatments are often expertly injected to maintain a soft, natural look, giving a youthful appearance without any tell-tale signs of cosmetic work.
“Additionally, Selena may opt for chemical peels or microneedling to improve skin texture and clarity, both of which keep her complexion looking bright, fresh, and undisturbed by time.”

There is no denying that Wicked actress Cynthia, 38, looks her age.
With her flawlessly smooth skin, and no obvious areas that look tweaked, it makes you wonder if she has had any treatments at all.
Nina says: “Her flawless skin may benefit from Botox around the forehead, along with dermal fillers to add definition to her cheeks and jawline.
“These fillers would be injected in a way that doesn’t change the shape of her face, but instead subtly restores volume, resulting in a natural, youthful look.
“Cynthia could also likely incorporate laser resurfacing treatments - between £230 and £2,000 a go - into her routine.
“This smooths fine lines and enhances skin texture without altering the overall appearance.”

The actress, 26, may be young - but experts believe she has already started doing the ‘undetectable’ treatments - and they don’t come cheap either.
Nina says: “Her youthful radiance may come from a combination of Botox and skin resurfacing treatments such as HydraFacials or chemical peels.
“HydraFacials - which can cost between £95 and £200 each - are excellent for deep hydration and skin clarity, keeping her complexion fresh and dewy, without the need for drastic interventions.
“IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) could also be a part of her routine to treat pigmentation and redness.
“The treatment - which costs around £200 per area - can be done in a subtle, undetectable way to maintain her glowing skin.”

She is known for her bold style, but the 32-year-old’s youthful appearance may have been enhanced without fans realising.
Miley says: “It’s likely she has had Botox, as well as laser resurfacing treatments.
“Laser treatments help improve skin texture, fine lines, and pigmentation, which would enhance her skin without altering its natural characteristics.
“These treatments can be incredibly effective, but when done correctly, they remain undetectable, leaving Miley with skin that is clear, even, and youthful-looking.
“Miley might also use PRP to boost collagen production and keep her skin looking refreshed.
“These treatments cost around £12,000 annually.”

She is 46 years old, but ever since she first appeared on our screens, it doesn’t look like Zoe has aged at all - and she’s managed to hold onto her natural glow too.
Nina says: “Her radiant complexion may be the result of Botox to address forehead lines and crow’s feet, combined with dermal fillers to restore volume to the cheeks and under-eye area.

“These treatments, when done with precision, leave Zoe looking fresh and rejuvenated without altering her natural features.
“She could also use light chemical peels to maintain skin smoothness and radiance, subtly enhancing her skin's texture without making it obvious she’s had any procedures.”
Biggest skincare trends for 2025
Face The Future's Head of Clinic, Kimberley Medd, shared the five skincare trends predicted to take off in 2025.
1. Exosomes
Exosomes are the buzzword for 2025, taking advanced skin regeneration to new heights. These micro-messengers signal skin cells to repair damage, boost collagen, and accelerate recovery, and they’re a gamechanger for targeting ageing.
2. Streamlined Skincare
The age of 12-step routines is fading as consumers shift to more intentional, multi-functional products. Streamlining skincare not only saves time but also reduces the risk of overloading your skin. In 2025, we’ll see a rise in hybrid products that combine active ingredients for simplified, effective results.
3. Vegan Collagen
Plant-based collagen will dominate the skincare world this year, providing a sustainable, ethical alternative to traditional animal-derived collagen. Expect vegan collagen in everything from moisturisers to serums.
4. The Rise Of AI
AI is revolutionising the beauty landscape, making it possible for consumers to get truly personalised skincare solutions. In 2025, we predict a dramatic shift towards AI-powered tools that help people understand their skin on a deeper level.
5. Hair Loss Solutions -
Hair loss is an issue that affects more men than we often realise, and it’s no longer just something we’re talking about behind closed doors. This year, expect to see a continued rise in demand for treatments that not only tackle hair loss but also nurture overall scalp health.
