Elliot Hughes, Mike Hughlett and Bill Lukitsch at the Star Tribune report: “Out of 80 people on board (a Delta flight from Minneapolis to Toronto), at least 18 people have been reported injured, including three who are listed in critical condition (after a crash landing where the plane ended up upside down).”
