Tiger Woods and TGL are a match made in heaven.
The 15-time Major winner kicked off his TGL debut like only Woods can.
He made his high-profile entrance out of the tunnel to 'Eye of the Tiger,' as he strolled through the smoke and red lights, to a loud applause.
It felt as though he was about to fight the main event at Wrestlemania.
He immediately turned it up a notch from there, playing to the crowd.
As Woods was about to hit his opening tee shot, he pulled out the hammer flag and dropped it to the ground.
Per TGL rules, the hammer flag must be accepted by the other team, and makes the hole worth two points.
The hole was ultimately tied with a par.
TGL is a tech-infused simulator golf league that was founded by Woods and Rory McIlroy in partnership with the PGA Tour.
Woods is making his first appearance in the newly formed league with his Jupiter Links team, that includes Max Homa and Kevin Eisner.
