Watch: Lee Min Ho Struggles To Adapt To Zero Gravity In New Teaser For “When The Stars Gossip”
tvN has unveiled a new teaser for its upcoming drama “When the Stars Gossip”!
“When the Stars Gossip” will tell the unlikely love story of Commander Eve Kim (Gong Hyo Jin), who works at a zero-gravity space station, and Gong Ryong (Lee Min Ho), a tourist at the space station who has arrived with a secret mission.
The new teaser begins with Eve Kim saying, “You’ll know when you come out here to space, a vastness that has no beginning or end. Here, everyone weighs zero grams.” As tourist Gong Ryong struggles to adapt to life in space, he asks in frustration, “When will I finally get used to this wretched zero gravity?” Eve Kim then complains about having to look after the troublesome Gong Ryong, grumbling, “To put it bluntly, do I have to play parent to a tourist?”
However, as the two spend more time together, Eve Kim talks about the weighty responsibility that comes with her post, explaining, “In the case of an emergency, the commander is the person that has to die first.”
The teaser goes on to compare Eve Kim’s work as a commander to Gong Ryong’s work as an obstetrician, with Eve saying, “There is no rule as important as protecting and creating life.” She continues, “We came here to live together. You trust me, right?”
The video ends with Gong Ryong reassuring a patient, “Don’t worry, I’m your doctor,” followed by Eve Kim similarly declaring, “I’m your commander.”
