The 31st annual SAG Awards stream live on Netflix tonight. If you’re a fan of Kristen Bell and Adam Brody in Nobody Wants This, Harrison Ford, Jason Segel, and Jessica Williams in Shrinking, or #Polin’s season of Bridgerton, then this is the awards show for you. All are nominated tonight in the star-studded ceremony, which is typically one of the most spirited, fun awards shows honoring and voted on by actors.

Jane Fonda will be awarded the SAG Life Achievement Award, and Julia Louis-Dreyfus will present to the icon. Additional presenters include Ariana Grande, Colin Farrell, Cynthia Erivo, Elle Fanning, Fran Drescher, Gillian Anderson, Harrison Ford, Isabella Rossellini, Jamie Lee Curtis, Jessica Williams, Jodie Foster, Joey King, Keke Palmer, Keri Russell, Kerry Washington, Lisa Kudrow, Max Greenfield, Michelle Yeoh, Mikey Madison, Millie Bobby Brown, Molly Shannon, Monica Barbaro, Pamela Anderson, Quinta Brunson, Selena Gomez, Timothée Chalamet, and many more.

This is the last major awards show honoring television categories until the Emmys in September. But have no fear, the Oscars are only a week away (yes, next Sunday is already March 2). For more on the SAG Awards on Netflix, including the host and time, see below.

Tonight also marks the debut of the highly anticipated Suits spin-off, Suits L.A. While the producers want the series to stand on its own, look out for plenty of fun surprises and Easter eggs from the mothership throughout the season. (And no, I don’t expect the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, to make an appearance.)

Following Suits L.A. is NBC’s other new series, Gross Pointe Garden Society. It has elements of Desperate Housewives and Women Who Kill as well as a killer cast, with favorites like AnnaSophia Robb, Aja Naomi King, and Melissa Fumero.

The second season of 1923 also returns tonight as does the second episode of The White Lotus, but that’s not even everything that premieres this week. (By the way, if you’re missing Jennifer Coolidge on this season of The White Lotus, know that she’s in a new movie called Riff Raff that arrives this Sunday. I know it’s not the same, but it’s something.)

The other big new release this week is Kate Hudson’s new sitcom—and actually, her first TV role. All 10 episodes of Running Point, from Mindy Kaling, will drop Thursday on Netflix; if you’re missing the antics of the cast of characters on The Mindy Project, then this basketball-set workplace comedy is your show. Hudson is at her best when she gets to do physical comedy, and Running Point lets her shine.

For everything else this week, and there’s a lot, check out the full guide below. I’ll see you next week for the Oscars and the returns of Dr. Odyssey and Grey’s Anatomy.

Sunday, February 23

The 31st Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards (Netflix): The awards show voted on by actors for actors will stream live globally from LA’s Shrine Auditorium & Expo Hall on Netflix tonight. Streaming; preshow starting at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT; awards show beginning at 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT/5 p.m. PT

Suits L.A. (NBC): Stephen Amell, Lex Scott Davis, Josh McDermitt, and Bryan Greenberg star in the Suits spin-off from original creator, Aaron Korsh, who is back as writer and executive producer. Here’s what we know about the new series, which will also see the return of Gabriel Macht’s Harvey Spector: Ted Black (Amell), a former federal prosecutor from New York, has reinvented himself representing the most powerful clients in Los Angeles. His firm is at a crisis point, and in order to survive, he must embrace a role he held in contempt his entire career. Ted is surrounded by a stellar group of characters who test their loyalties to both Ted and each other while they can’t help but mix their personal and professional lives. All of this is going on while we slowly unravel the events that years ago led Ted to leave behind everything and everyone he loved.  9 p.m. ET/PT, 8 p.m. CT

Gross Pointe Garden Society (NBC): In this new series, four members of a suburban garden club find their lives intertwined by scandal, mischief, and a shared secret: a murder no one wants to talk about. The Americas (NBC): Tonight’s two-hour series premiere (narrated by Tom Hanks) centers on the Atlantic Coast, where wild and urban worlds intersect in unexpected ways. On North Carolina’s Outer Banks, an aging stallion’s battle to defend his family reveals the intense, unseen dramas of wild horses lives. Meanwhile, in Chesapeake Bay, rare footage captures bald eagles chasing ospreys midair for a hard-won meal. Beneath the waters of the “Graveyard of the Atlantic,” sand tiger sharks act as unlikely guardians for schools of scad fish, a behavior only recently observed. In New York City, a young raccoon learns the challenges of urban survival in a vertical world while under threat from predatory red-tailed hawks. And in the Appalachian forests, young black bears forage and fireflies light up the darkness, while in New England, a 130-year-old red oak tree’s preparation for winter is captured in stunning macro detail, revealing the intricate changes within its leaves. 7 p.m. ET/PT, 6 p.m. CT

No Taste Like Home With Antoni Porowski (National Geographic/Disney+/Hulu): Antoni Porowski curates bespoke journeys for celebrities (such as Florence Pugh, James Marsden, Issa Rae, Justin Theroux, Henry Golding, and more) as they travel the globe to explore their ancestral culinary heritage. In tonight’s episode, which features Awkwafina, Antoni helps give her a new perspective on her own identity. The Emmy-winning actor, who lost her mother at a young age, will learn about the history of seawood soup as a time-honored ritual. I never expected to be so emotional over soup, but as soon as I watched this exclusive clip, I was hooked on the series. Check it out below. Streaming

In the season premiere, Alec and Hilaria celebrate their oldest son Rafael’s ninth birthday and, in a bid to escape the noise of the city, head to East Hampton to continue a yearly summer tradition. But in the midst of celebration is uncertainty as Alec faces trial for the tragedy that happened on the set of Rust. Alec and Hilaria navigate the emotional complexities of the moment, all while keeping their children’s lives as stable as possible. “This series gives viewers a glimpse into our lives as a family—the good, bad, wild, and everything in between,” Hilaria and Alec said in a statement. 10 p.m. ET, 9 p.m. CT

The White Lotus (HBO/Max): The second episode of season three airs tonight, and it will shed more light on the fascinating dynamic that is Kate (Leslie Bibb), Jaclyn (Michelle Monaghan), and Laurie (Carrie Coon). 9 p.m. ET/8 p.m. PT, and streaming on Max

And how about this tease: “The last minute of the show will leave you breathless.” Streaming
