Tony Bennett's children are not in tune with one another.
The late singer's daughters Johanna Bennett, 53, and Antonia Bennett, 50, filed a motion against their brother D'Andrea "Danny" Bennett, 70, on Jan. 3, noting that they had "serious concerns" about his role as trustee of their father's estate, according to docs obtained by People. Johanna and Antonia said in their filing they have each received only $245,000 from his trust while their brother Danny's company RPM got about $2.6 million in commissions.
"Without more information about Tony's income, it is unclear whether the payments Danny was making to himself exceed what was contractually owed to him," they alleged in their filing, per People. "Statements and management agreements provided by Danny indicate that commissions paid to [his company, RPM Productions] appear to have been much higher than they should have been based on Tony's income."
The sisters had originally filed a suit against half-brother Danny in June, according to the outlet, over assets of their father's estate that they believe were unaccounted for following his death in July 2023 at the age of 96.Â

Danny then filed a motion in November to dismiss their suit, which prompted Johanna and Antonia to file their own motion less than two weeks ago.Â
"Danny acted in multiple, conflicting fiduciary capacities for an extended period prior to Tony's death and took (for himself and his children) significant funds from the Family Trust," states the filing obtained by People. "Moreover, as publicized by Danny to various media outlets, at some point prior to Tony's death, Tony entered a phase of diminished capacity, which means Tony was no longer able to act as co-Trustee, leaving Danny to serve as sole Trustee of the Family Trust with no oversight."

E! News has reached out to reps for Danny, but has not heard back.
In their motion, according to People, Johanna and Antonia said they have a right to full transparency of Danny's actionsâbefore and after Tony's deathâclaiming he was acting on his own, completely unsupervised.Â
The motion alleged that Danny cut checks using trust funds "as he saw fit" and made "multiple gifts to himself," amounting to $200,700.Â

Danny had previously helped orchestrate the sale of Tony's assets to Iconoclast in 2022, saying he did so because their father was "in financial trouble," although Johanna and Antonia don't believe that was true, with their filing obtained by People saying that Tony "still had millions of dollars" when the deal was made.
"Although Danny and his counsel have provided piecemeal information and produced some documents to Petitioners' counsel," the suit stated, per People, "the information provided raises more questions than answers and fails to provide anything close to an accounting of Tony's assets and financial affairs."
Tony had originally created the family trust in 1994, naming Danny and son Daegal "Dae" Bennett, 68, as co-trustees, before amending the trust in 2008 to remove Dae and add Tony.Â
