Towards Zero fans fume 'slowest thing I've ever seen' as they slam show

Towards Zero episode 3 gets off to tense start
Towards Zero, the three-part BBC One series, aired its second episode tonight (March 9), but viewers were left saying the same thing.
Many fans flocked to X, formerly known as Twitter, to share their frustrations, with plenty of social media users expressing how slow and boring the show was.
One person sarcastically expressed: "So thrilling, that even the detective is drifting off mid-interviews #TowardsZero."
Another viewer commented: "Can only hope once the murder happens that everything we've had to sit through already is incredibly important and relevant because my, my, this is quite the Sunday night slog #TowardsZero."
Somebody else fumed: "Sigh. This is why you don't stretch Agatha Christie into 3 hours because you get a bore-fest. 90-120 minutes is perfectly fine for any of her books #towardszero."

While a sixth unhappy viewer added: "The actors must have had a lot of laughs filming this drivel! #TowardsZero."
The story revolves around British tennis star Nevile Strange (played by Oliver Jackson Cohen) and his ex-wife Audrey (Ella Lily Hyland), who make the surprising decision to spend a summer together at their childhood Devon home, Gull's Point, following their scandalous divorce.
As the tale unfolds, an "explosive love triangle" and "deadly web of jealousy and deceit" ensue, culminating in a murder at the coastal residence.

The ensemble cast features Oliver Jackson-Cohen as Neville Strange and Anjelica Huston in the role of Camilla, Lady Tressilian. Jackie Clune takes on the character of Mrs Barrett, with Grace Doherty as Sylvia and Jack Farthing portraying Thomas Royde.
Clarke Peters appears as Mr. Treves, Matthew Rhys steps into the shoes of Inspector Leach, and Anjana Vasan plays Mary Aldin. Alexander Cobb, Khalil Ben Gharbia, and Adam Hugill complete the lineup for Towards Zero.
