KBS2’s late-night music talk show “The Seasons: Rainbow of Lee Young Ji” is coming to an end.
On February 13, KBS announced that the show will hold its final recording on February 18, just five months after Lee Young Ji took over as host in September. They also confirmed that a new season of “The Seasons” is in the works.
A day earlier, Lee Young Ji hinted at the finale by sharing a script on Instagram. The script read, “Next week, ‘The Seasons: Rainbow of Lee Young Ji’ will air its final episode. We’ve planned an extra special Friday night, so be sure to tune in.”
During her time as host, Lee Young Ji brought energy and depth to the show, collaborating with artists like BLACKPINK’s Rosé, IVE, SEVENTEEN’s BSS, and GFRIEND. The show also featured rare music program appearances from actors such as Song Joong Ki, Park Jung Min, and Kim Min Ha.
KBS2's “The Seasons” is a music talk show that rotates MCs each season, with different hosts leading the program. Previous hosts include Jay Park, Jannabi’s Choi Jung Hoon, AKMU, Lee Hyori, and Block B’s Zico.
