With the FIA WEC’s Prologue Test and season-opening race in Qatar fast approaching, a number of teams are beginning to show off their new livery designs for 2025.
This week has seen four teams across three manufacturers present new colour schemes for the campaign ahead.
Corvette Racing partner team TF Sport has revealed that its pair of Z06 LMGT3.Rs will race with a classic bright yellow livery, with subtle differences between the two cars for its second season representing General Motors.
The No. 81 – driven by Tom Van Rompuy, Rui Andrade and Charlie Eastwood – will carry Sonangol branding and more black detailing on its roof and front bumper. It will also race with black wing mirrors, a black windshield banner and a yellow US flag on its hood.
The sister No. 33 for Jonny Edgar, Ben Keating and Dani Juncadella will race with Keating Chevrolet and Wynns branding, a grey US flag on the hood, as well as a yellow roof, bumper and mirrors.
Meanwhile, Proton Competition’s Mustang LMGT3s from rival brand Ford will sport completely different designs to last year, with Performance factory branding. Alongside the livery reveal, the German team also presented a revised driver lineup.
The No. 77 will see the return of factory driver Ben Barker who will be joined by British Silver-ranked racer Ben Tuck and Portuguese ex-rally driver Bernardo Sousa who returned from a more than decade-long absence from GT racing in 2024 with a season in the Iberian Supercars Series.
The No. 88 car sees the return of both factory driver Dennis Olsen and Silver-rated Giammarco Leverato. They’ll be joined by Italian GT racer Stefano Gattuso, a regular in the Italian GT Championship and with appearances too on the international stage in GT World Challenge and at the Spa 24 Hours.
And finally, the pair of Manthey-run Porsche 911 LMGT3 R 992s have been unveiled.
Iron Dames has adopted a fresh, clean take on its predominantly pink colour scheme for its switch from Lamborghini to Porsche. The No. 85 car will be driven by Celia Martin, Rahel Frey and Michelle Gatting.
The other 911 meanwhile, will race in Ryan Hardwick’s 1st Phorm colours, carrying over from his 2024 campaign with Proton. He will share the No. 92 car with Richard Lietz and Riccardo Pera.
