When it comes to red carpet dressing, the Princess of Wales often champions British brands (like Alexander McQueen, Jenny Packham and Roland Mouret), and has a knack for mixing high fashion and the high street (she teamed last year’s BAFTAs Alexander McQueen gown with a statement pair of Zara earrings). She’s also a fan of sustainable style, often opting to re-wear or rent gowns, as well as donning royal heirlooms, such as the Queen Mother’s Diamond Quatrefoil Bracelet.
As rumours swirl she could be set to make her red carpet return in February at the award show, Tatler revisits some of her greatest fashion hits.
