What time do the BRIT Awards start and where can I watch it?
Sabrina Carpenter, Sam Fender and Jade are amongst the artists confirmed to perform at the awards ceremony
The BRIT Awards are returning to our screens as stars of the music world gather to celebrate the best in entertainment. The BRITS Awards 2025 will be the 45th edition of the ceremony and will recognise and award the best in British and international music for 2024.
Comedian and television presenter Jack Whitehall will return to present the ceremony for the fifth time, after first presenting the show in 2018.
English singer Charli XCX is up for the most awards tonight, being nominated for five different BRIT awards, including the coveted British Album of the Year award for her hit album Brat.
The ceremony will take place tonight (Saturday, March 1) from 8pm to 10pm and will be available to watch live on ITV 1 or on ITV X.
The BRITs will be broadcast live from The O2 Arena in London and will feature performances from Sabrina Carpenter, Sam Fender, Jade, The Last Dinner Party, Myles Smith, Teddy Swims and Lola Young.
On February 23, it was announced on his Instagram Story that for reasons beyond his control Shaboozey will no longer be able to perform at the awards.
Sabrina Carpenter was confirmed as a performer for the ceremony on January 10, as well as being announced as the recipient of the Brit Award for Global Success - an award presented to an artist with 'phenomenal global sales' during the eligibility period. This year is the first time either a British artist or an international artist can receive the award.
Charli XCX has already been awarded with the Songwriter of the Year award, after seeing phenomenal success with her album Brat, released in June 2024.

A.G. Cook - one of the producers of the Brat album - has also already been announced as Producer of the Year by the BRITs.
The Beatles are nominated for Song of the Year for their song Now and Then - their first nomination since 1983. Similarly, The Cure have been nominated for first time since 1993, for their album Songs of a Lost World.
This year's trophy has been designed by artist Gabriel Moses and is inspired by his Nigerian heritage and his upbringing in South London.
