Hip-hop mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has been in jail since his arrest back in September 2024. Once on top of the world, Diddy saw quite the fall from grace after a months-long investigation ended with him being arrested on allegations of sex trafficking and racketeering.
Since his arrest, more women have come forward with their own alleged experiences involving the Bad Boy Records founder. One woman says Diddy “coerced” her into inappropriate acts because she thought it was going to help her music career.

Throughout his reign as one of hip-hop’s most important people, Diddy never shied away from the spotlight. The mogul often threw elaborate parties, known as “white parties,” which led to intimate after parties with an exclusive guest list. However, after Diddy’s arrest last year, it’s come out that those after parties were anything but innocent. Many people have come forward to say they were allegedly sexually abused by Diddy at some point, with many stories taking place right at those parties.
The parties, known as “freak offs,” are where Adria Sheri English says she was “coerced” into performing sex acts. English says that back in 2004, she was hired for one of Diddy’s white parties, and that Diddy persuaded her to have sex with Diddy and his friends in exchange for money between 2004 and 2009. English says she was trying to grow her career in the music industry.
“I was so naive twenty years ago, there were no higher-up people to go to, as far as the music industry was concerned,” English told The Sun. “I was with the best of the best, the people that were winning the Grammys. When Diddy told me, you’re getting closer to being involved in the music industry, I really believed [it]. He was dangling me along.”
English continued, “Still a lot of people are saying we’re liars, we’re money chasers. I want the world to acknowledge the victims. We’re all damaged for life.”
Diddy’s legal team pushed for him to be released from jail until his trial date, but it was a failed attempt. Now, Diddy must wait in jail until his trial, which is set to begin in May. He has left the jail for a handful of reasons, including court appearances and a trip to the hospital, but otherwise, he’s had very little freedom.
Many celebrities have done their best to distance themselves from Diddy, with celebs vocally speaking out against Diddy and his situation. However, a number of celebrities have kept quiet about what really happened during Diddy’s parties all those years ago.
