YouTube star welcomes baby via surrogate in surprise announcement
Ms Rachel has welcomed her second child with husband Aron Accurso as she shared the surprise announcement with her fans after taking two months off her YouTube channel
Ms Rachel has revealed the surprise news she has welcomed her second child. The YouTube star, real name Rachel Griffin-Accurso, announced the arrival of her newborn in a sweet post on social media.
She shared the news that her baby was welcomed via surrogate after she was "unable to carry this pregnancy for medical reasons." Mr Rachel, who was already a proud mum to Thomas, welcomed her baby girl with Broadway personality husband Aron Accurso.

The mum-of-two, 42, had taken time away from her YouTube channel due to "family issues" and made the surprise announcement on Tuesday. After being absent from her channel for two months, Ms Rachel returned with an adorable photo of her cradling her newborn.
She shared: "We welcomed sweet baby Susannah into the world! We are so in love! Sometimes timing isnât what you plan and the road to get there is bumpier than you expect, but when you hold your little ones you know⌠Iâm meant to be your mama."
Ms Rachel added: "I was unable to carry this pregnancy for medical reasons and we were blessed to have a surrogate who gave us the most precious gift possible. We are now all family forever.

"We have immense gratitude and a deep bond. Itâs been a truly beautiful experience. Iâm in awe of her. Aron - Thank you for being the best husband and dada!"
The former teacher beamed as she held into baby Susannah, who slept in her mum's arms while wearing a sweet babygrow with love heart detailing.

Ms Rachel shared the devastating news she had experienced a miscarriage in September last year. She recorded a video of herself playing the piano and sang: "Rainbow baby, dream come true. Rainbow baby, if you knew. Every prayer we said for you. Rainbow baby dream come true.â
Alongside the video, Ms Rachel heartbreakingly wrote: "My rainbow baby is not a baby anymore but heâll always be my rainbow baby So much love to anyone who understands."
Amid her break from social media before welcoming Susannah, Ms Rachel's fans expressed their concern for the star. She responded to questions from fans regarding her absence in a short comment last month.

A fan asked: "When are we getting more episodes? I feel like since youâve signed with Netflix we donât really get good content anymore..."
Ms Rachel responded: "Iâm sorry. Weâve had some family things to attend to. Nothing to do with Netflix, as that is content from YouTube." Her last YouTube video was posted two months ago, yet she did keep up with fans through Instagram.
Just last week, she shared a video in support of parents as she sang: "Raising tiny humans is very hard ⌠youâre doing a great job.â

Ms Rachel made a new career for herself as an online educator, songwriter and social media personality who is helping to develop the language skills of toddlers and infants through educational music videos on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
Engaging children through fun nursery rhymes and video singalongs, she has more than 6.13 million subscribers. The mum started her channel back in 2019 because she couldn't find suitable resources for her son who had a speech delay and didn't speak his first word until he was two years old.
