An ITV investigation found there were multiple claims of "unacceptable," "distressing" and "horrendous" treatment while working with the TV star over more than 12 years.
48-year-old Gino said he "firmly denied" all the allegations, which he called "deeply upsetting".
And ITV have cut ties with the star and have dropped planned repeats of his shows - as well as a new Family Fortunes series - from the schedule.
Gino worked alongside Gordon Ramsay and Fred Sirieix on their Road Trip series, which saw them travelling all over the globe – showing off their firm friendship and love of food in the process.

But now it has been reported that Gordon’s ‘concerns’ about Gino’s behaviour has led to a ‘fractured’ relationship.
A source said: “Gordon was horrified with what had gone on and felt it was time to step in and stop it. He has three daughters and a wife, Tana, who he absolutely adores and felt it was disgusting. He wanted to change those ways but then it led to difficulties between them.”
They continued to tell MailOnline: “Gordon found there was a lot of unacceptable behaviour going on, he saw things he didn't think were okay so he spoke up. That was that, friendship over.”
And the source has continued to say that after Gordon ‘threw Gino under the bus,’ they are no longer on speaking terms.

Gordon, Gino and Fred fans left shocked as stars strip completely naked to go skinny dipping
The Sun has contacted Gordon’s representatives for comment.
Last year, Fred, who was part of the trio travelling around for the Road Show, opened up on why they’d ‘ditched’ co-star Gordon Ramsay for their brand new show.
French maître d'hôtel Fred, best known for starring on dating show First Dates, had teamed up with chef Gino for a brand new show at the time named Gino and Fred’s Emission Impossible, which would see the dynamic duo "attempt to go green" over the course of two weeks, but fans noticed Gordon wasn’t involved.
Speaking out on the ‘rift’ rumours at the time, Fred told The Sun: “Gordon is extremely busy. I don't know if you've seen his Instagram and social media but he’s opening restaurant after restaurant after restaurant.
Gino's statement in full
In a full statement the dad-of-three said: "I have been told by ITN news that allegations have been made about me acting inappropriately, some dating back over ten years ago.
"I have never been made aware of these matters previously and the allegations are firmly denied. I would not do anything that I thought would upset or distress anyone.
"This is simply not in my nature. I do not recognise the version of events being put to me.
"Not only have these allegations never been raised with me before, I have been repeatedly supported by executives at the highest level and was commissioned on prime-time programmes during the period in which it is now suggested I was acting inappropriately.
"I am a father, husband and have worked with well over 1,500 people on around 80 productions in my career, which I have been so proud of.
"I take such matters extremely seriously and the suggestion that I have acted in an improper way against is deeply upsetting."
“He also has two very young children. There’s Oscar who is five-years-old, and Jesse who is ten months. So he really has his hands full, you know?”
Fred continued: “In terms of travelling, he's already got so many shows in America.
“He just couldn't make the time. And we love travelling and we said to him ‘Well, look, we're going and when you want to join us, join us, and we'll go around and we'll have some fun.’”
Fred confirmed in October that the trio were very much still friends and that there is no rift going on behind the scenes.
Italian dad of three D’Acampo, 48, and Frenchman Fred were in Austria for their show Emissions Impossible, looking at how to live a healthier, greener life.
But the first attempt was put on ice as allegations surfaced while some crew claimed they had to have counselling.
