Kanye West has revealed that he thinks Drake can still recover from his beef with Kendrick Lamar â see what he had to say below.
Yesterday (February 3), West and his wife Bianca Censori courted controversy on the Grammys red carpet when she took off her jacket to reveal a completely see-through dress, revealing her nude figure. The stunt was reportedly done to replicate the album cover of âVultures 1â, his ÂĽ$ collaborative album with Ty Dolla $ign. Shortly after, the couple left the Grammys and did not attend the main ceremony.

Shortly after the ceremony wrapped, Kanye reportedly hosted an afterparty where he screened the premiere of his The Download interview with Justin Laboy, per Billboard. In a clip of the interview that has since made its way onto social media, Laboy and West spoke about Drake and how he can move forward from his intense 2024 feud with Kendrick Lamar.

In a clip, West briefly agrees when Laboy declares that âKendrick killed Drakeâ. West noted that he though Drake was only on the losing end âfor nowâ before adding: âYou canât ever count out Steph Curry. That man might get 200 points in one song or something.â
West goes on to explain: âYou know what it was is, like, look at the Tyler, the Creator freestyle that he did. âThat Guy,â right? Drake added something to the algorithm, to our frequency. He advanced us. Future advanced us. And now, Kendrick has advanced the frequency.â

âNot Like Usâ was crowned the second best song of 2024 by NME, writing: ââNot Like Usâ packaged intelligent, intensely researched character assassinations into a fierce, booming DJ Mustard-produced club hit. Though his savage, accusatory wordplay grabbed the headlines, it was Lamarâs dissection of Drake as âcoloniserâ that truly underlined his pure vitriol.â
